The earbuds can play for 5-7 hours on a single charge. The charging case itself has its own charging system. When the earbuds consumes power and are placed in the charging case, they will be charged automatically. The case can charge the earbuds up to 2 times. So you can get 15-21 hours total playtime from a fully charged charging case.
Pairing
- Remove earbuds from the charging case.
- Wait for 5 seconds, once one of earbud’s indicator light flashes red and blue, and the other earbud’s indicator light flashes blue, then the earbuds are paired successfully.
- Open the blue tooth of your devices, search and click the model “C01”, the earbuds will pair successfully with your device.
1.When there is an incoming call, please touch the earbud button to answer the
call, do not answer the call by touching the phone, otherwise the call will go
through the phone, not the earbuds.
2.If the call is answered by phone, you can choose the “audio” on the call
page to change the call way.
3.After the call is received successfully, if you feel the volume is low, you
can increase the volume through the earbud’s function or phone.
*If you have purchased two sets of our earphones, please pair the first set firstly, then pair the second set.
Turn On:
Method 1: Take the earbuds from the charging case, they will turn on
automatically and enter into pairing mode.
Method 2: When the earbuds are powered off, touch earbuds for 3 seconds.
(The indicator lights on the earbuds will turn blue and red.)
Turn Off:
Method 1: Put the earbuds back into the charging case.(The earbuds
indicator lights will turn red)
Method 2: When the 2 earbuds are powered on, touch earbuds for 5 seconds.
(The indicator lights on earbuds will turn red for 1 second)

Product charging
Charging with USB C cable: Connect the USB C cable to a power source in order to charge both earbuds and charging case.
Earbud Charging
Charging in Progress: The earbud indicator light is red and the charging
case’s digital display bars will gradually increase from the first to the
fourth.
Fully Charged: The red indicator light on the earbuds will disappear and
the charging case’s digital display columns will disappear.
Charging Case:
Charging in Progress: The case’s digital display number flash from 1 to
100.
Fully Charged: The case’s digital display number will show 100.
Charging case charges the earbuds without connecting to a power source.
Charging Case:
Charging in Progress: The digital display number from 100 to decrease.
Charging Complete: The digital display numbers disappear.
Earbuds:
Charging in Progress: The earbud indicator light will be red and the
charging case’s digital display bars will increase from the first to the
fourth.
Fully Charged: The red indicator light on the earbuds will disappear and
the charging case’s digital display columns will disappear.
Wireless Charging
When you use the wireless charging pad to charge the charging case, please let the charging pad connect with a power source then place the case in the middle of the wireless charging pad

1: Rotate the main structure of the headphones so that it is at an Angle to
the plane
2: Maintain the Angle of the headphones in step 1 directly put on your ear
3:Rotate the headphones to fit your ear most comfortably
Questions & Answers
Q:Why does only one earbud have sound?****
I can’t pair the earbuds with each other.
A: 1.Forget the original’ Cal” Bluetooth model from all of your devices,
like your pc, ipad, tv, etc. and turn off your device’s Bluetooth.
2.Put the earbuds in the charging case, Once the earbud indicator lights are
red for 3 seconds, take the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds pair
with each other successfully
(One of the earbuds indicator light blinks red and blue, and the other earbud
indicator light blinks blue, the pairing is successful).
3.Turn on the Bluetooth of your device, search for and click the “C01” model.
The earbuds will pair with your device successfully.
Q: How can i only use one earbud with my phone?****
A: 1.Forget the original pairing model “C01 ” from all of your devices, like
your pc, ipad, tv, phone, etc.
2. Put both earbuds in the charging case. The indicator lights will turn red.
3.Take only one earbud out of the charging case, its indicator light will
flash red and blue.
4.Open the Bluetooth on your phone and search for “C01”. Select “C01” to
connect the single earbud to your phone.
Q: Why won’t the earbuds charge in the charging case?****
A: Firstly: Confirm that the charging case has power.
If the charging case is low or dead, the charging case will not recognize the
earbuds when you put them in, so it will not charge the earbuds.
If the charging case does not charge properly, please try a different USB C
cable for charging.
Secondly: Wipe the charging port of the earbuds and the charging pin of the
charging case with alcohol. Allow the earbuds to dry before placing it back in
the case.
Thirdly: Make sure that the charging pin in the charging case has not fallen
off.
*If the earphones are fully charged, when you place the earbuds into the
charging case, the earphones will not display a red light. this is normal,
because the earbuds don’t consume any battery.
Q:My phone has paired with other Blue tooth devices, but can’t pair with our earbuds, why?****
A:There are limitations on the number of Bluetooth pairings for various mobile
phones. Some phones limit pairing to only three Bluetooth devices at a time,
while others limit it to two Bluetooth devices at a time.
Therefore, if you discover that your earphones cannot be paired with your
phone while other devices can, try forgetting the names of other pairings on
your phone first. Then try to search our earbuds model to pair. This may solve
the problem
Q: How do i Adjust the Volume? the volume is a little low?****
A: After you pair the 2 earbuds with your phone.
First, If your phone is IOS SYSTEM, Please touch right Earbud button.
Second, If your phone is Android SYSTEM, Please firstly touch once of right
Earbud button, then Add up the Volume by Your phone.
Because iPhone and Android have different system protocols, so the control
procedures are different.
