About using the kitchen scales
- The scales should only be used for weighing food in the kitchen and should not be used for other purposes.
- Where the place for storing and using the scales does not comply with the temperature and humidity ranges specified by manufacturer, this may result in incorrect readings from the scales.

To prevent the display from showing correct codes or indicating a system crash, please do not touch the buttons unnecessarily or with excessive force.

To avoid affecting stability and accuracy, please do not use the scales in an environment with high levels of humidity, excessive air movement, vibration, or in the presence of a powerful electromagnetic source.

Do not dismantle when discarding this product. Please dispose of the scales in accordance with the local waste disposal regulations.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons With reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
About the battery
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged;
- Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity;
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the appliance and safely disposed of;
- If the appliance is stored unused for a long period, the batteries should be removed;
- The supply terminals are not to be short circuited.

Tips
Preparing for using
Before first use
- Loosen the screw located at the cover of the @ battery compartment on the back of the product.
- Open the cover of the battery compartment on the back of the product.
- Pull out the insulation strip from the battery compartment.
- Close the cover of the battery compartment and tighten the screw.
Insert the batteries

- Insert the batteries according to the”+” and”-” symbols.
- Close the cover of the battery compartment and tighten the screw.
Tips
- Use 2x button cell batteries type CR2032
- Change both batteries when the low power indicat or appears or there is no power.
- The batteries can easily be popped up by pressing the left and right sides on the batteries using a fingernail.
Selecting units
- Touch the button to switch the power on. First use, or after changing the batteries, you can select gr, fl., oz, lb, oz or ml.
- If you want to select units, touch the @J after the LCD display shows “0” and select the units.
Tips
- After replacing the batteries, the factory default unit is “gr”.
- With the oz unit, once the weight exceeds 16 0z, it displays Ib. oz.
Tare and weighing
- Touch button for switching the power on.
- After the LCD display shows the container weight, press $2 and the container weight zeros.
- Now put the food into the container and the display shows the weight. The scales turn off automatically after a period, or press 6 for 3 seconds.
Place the product at the middle of the platform
Countdown alarm
With countdown alarm function, it makes it convenient for making soup, cooking food, etc.

Touch to switch the power on. Then press the button The LCD display shows “0:00”. If the previous countdown task is not finished, the LCD display shows the remaining time for the previous countdown.

If you want to set the countdown, press and set the minutes. Press and set the seconds. Button prompt: touch the button once and the countdown increases 1x, hold down press the button and the countdown increases 10x.

After setting the touchmer button, the countdown task starts. During the countdown process, you can touch the “TIMER” button to pause or start a countdown task. Hold the button down for 3 seconds to shut down the countdown task. During the pause, you can als press or to increase the minutes and seconds.
Once the countdown task is finished, the scales start to beep, which can be cancelled by pressing any button.

Cleaning and care
To ensure the best perfonnance from the scales it should be maintained regularly. ease follow the instructions below:
- Please use a soft cloth or tissue when wiping the LCD display and platform.
- When the scales are dirty, use a soft, damp cloth soaked, either with or without a little neutral detergent. Afterwards wipe dry with a clean cloth. Finally use a moisture absorbing cloth to wipe down the scale.
Maintenance tips
- Do not immerse the scales in water. Do not allow moisture to enter the body of the scales when wiping with a damp cloth.
- Do not use paraffin, essential oils, thinners or any other chemical solutions for wiping down the scales.
Storage
- After using, do not store in a humid environment. The scales should be stored in a dry and cool location.
- To prevent scratching the stainless steel surface, do not place the scales face down, or do not place any object on top of the weighing platform.
- Avoid harsh movements or dropping.
- Store the scales away from children, thereby preventing damage to the kitchen scales, but also the children from injury.
- Avoid the following:
- Near water (splashing, drips, etc.)
- Direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity, dusty atmospheres
- Placing next to heating appliances or air conditioning outlets.
- Falling over, vibrations or strong impacts.
