The Wings Phantom 1000 is a wireless neckband that provides a seamless audio experience. It comes with four green lights that indicate the power, pairing, and charging status. The neckband has a detachable mic and comes with extra ear tips for comfortable usage. The product also includes a user manual and a warranty card.
Product Usage Instructions
Mode Switching
- Single click the mode button to switch between game mode and music mode
- Long press the mode button to turn the light on or off
Volume Control
- Click the + button to increase the volume
- Click the – button to decrease the volume
- Long press the + button to skip to the next song
- Long press the – button to go back to the previous song
Function Switching
- Click the power button to answer or hang up a call
- Long press the power button to turn the neckband on or off
- Double click the power button to callback
- Single touch the power button to play or pause music
Power On/Off
- Four green lights on indicate that the neckband is on and the LED lights are running
- All four green lights off indicate that the neckband is turned off
Pairing
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode
- The earphone-pairing name “Phantom 1000” will appear on your phone or device
- Select “Phantom 1000” to connect with the earphone
- The neckband will automatically reconnect with the last connected device when the Bluetooth search function is on
- If pairing fails, retry steps 1 to 4 within 120 seconds
Charging
- The lights will flash every second while charging
- One LED represents 25% of charge
- All four green lights on indicate a fully charged neckband

**How to pair
**
- Step 1: Keep the distance between the earphone and mobile phone (or other devices need to connected) within 1 meter. The closer, the better.
- Step 2: Press and hold the Power ON button for 3 sec A voice prompt will confirm that the neckband has entered the pairing mode.
- Step 3: Initiate Bluetooth function of mobile phone (or other device that needs to be connected). Then earphone-paring name “Phantom 1000” will appear on your phone.
- Step 4: Select “Phantom 1000” and the earphone will automatically connect with your mobile phone .
- Step 5: Switch ON the Bluetooth search function in your mobile phone or other devices need to be connected. Then the earphone will automatically reconnect with the mobile phone which has connected last time.
Attention: Generally, there are 120 seconds at maximum to pair earphone
with your mobile phone, or the Bluetooth Pairing mode will stop when the
lights go out. Please retry steps 1 to 4 to pair again if your operation
doesn’t work.
Controls
Button control usage
- Power ON: Press and hold the Power button for 3 sec A voice prompt will confirm that the neckband is ON and has entered the pairing mode.
- Power OFF : Press and hold the Power button for 3 sec to turn the neckband OFF, A voice prompt will confirm the same.
- Play/Pause the music: Single press the Power button to play/pause the music.
- Volume Up/Down: Press the “+” button to turn volume up. Press the “-” button to turn volume down.
- Change Music: Long press “+” button for next track. Long press “-” button for previous track.
- Gaming Mode : Single press mode button to switch to gaming mode. Single press again to switch to music mode.
- Lights ON/OFF: Long press mode button to turn OFF lights, long press again to switch them ON.
- Dual Pairing : To connect Phantom 1000 to two devices simultaneously, please go through the below steps
- Step 1: Connect the earphone to one of the devices. Then switch both the earphones and the device OFF.
- Step 2: Now connect the earphone to the second device, and again switch the first device ON. The earphone will get connect-ed to both devices. If not then, connect the first device manual-ly once again to activate dual pairing.
- Voice Assistant: Press and hold multifunction button for 2 sec to activate voice assistant.
Call control
- Answer incoming call: When there is an incoming call, the earphone will start ringing, press the Power button once to answer the call, or use your mobile phone to answer it.
- Reject a call: When there is an incoming call, the earphone will issue a voice message, press the power button for 2 sec to reject the call, or use your mobile phone to reject the call.
- Hang up a call: Press the Power button once or use your mobile to hang up your call.
- Last call redialing: Double press the Power button to redial your last call.

- Charging: Before connecting Type-C charger, make sure the headset has been switched OFF.
