  • The part number (also known as the model number) of your Belkin product. This is usually located on the base of the product and begins with the letter ‘F’ (e.g. AUC001):
  • A detailed description of the problem;
  • Adapted proof of original purchase; and
  • If you have spoken to us previously, your case number

If this is the first time you have called to claim under this warranty, you will be issued will an 8 digit case number.
