SAFETY NOTICE
- Keep away from water
- Avoid pets biting the hose and the power cord
- Do not turn on the heater of the pet dryer during the summer. When the heat is too high, it may hurt your pet.
- Ventilation holes at the back of the pet dryer must be kept clean and free of debris, as a lack of circulation may cause damage to the motor.
- Clean the filter regularly. Open the cover at the rear and take it out for cleaning.
- If there is a sudden fault in the motor, you will see that the power
- light is on but there is no airflow. If this occurs, please contact our customer service and immediately stop running the device. Switching on the pet dryer unproperly may cause fires.
- Do not support the pet dryer with your hand. It is not allowed to lift it during use. It must be placed on dry ground.
OPERATION GUIDE
a. Connect the device correctly into the power socket
b. Before switching on the device, make sure that nothing is obstructing the
back ventilation of the pet dryer.
c. Install the hose according to the instructions and then connect the nozzle
to the hose.
d. Be sure to place the device on flat ground.
e. Turn on the power switch. When the indication light is on, turn the knob to
control airflow.
f. If the ambient air temperature is higher than 19°C, do not turn on the
heater of the pet dryer.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Why is the airflow through my pet dryer not as powerful as before?****
– Please clean the filter as soon as possible and check that there are no gaps in the connections.
I have a small dog, will this pet dryer be too powerful for it?****
– You can adjust the airflow so that it is appropriate for your dog and hold the nozzle a further distance away from your dog.
How do i clean the filter?****
– Please open the rear cover and remove the filter. Wash it with warm water. Allow the filter to dry completely before replacing it into the pet dryer.
How loud is this device?****
– Between 60dB-80dB.
What is the length of the hose?****
– This hose is flexible with a length of 76-230cm.
How long will it take to blow-dry my dog?****
– It takes about 10 minutes to blow-dry small dogs and around 20 minutes to blow-dry medium and large dogs.
My pet dryer is broken, what do i need to do?****
