SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be observed, including the following:
- Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
- WARNING: Do not use this appliance near water.
- The airborne noise emitted by the appliance ≤90 dB(A).
- When the Straightener is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the appliance is switched off.
- For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
- The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
- Children being supervised not to play with the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Always unplug the appliance after use.
- Do not use or store the appliance where it can come into contact with water.
- If the appliance falls into water, UNPLUG IT IMMEDIATELY. Do not reach into the water until the power has been disconnected.
- This appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in.
- Do not pull or wrap power cord around the appliance.
- Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children.
- Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Never operate the appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug or if it has been dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
- Do not use outdoors, or where aerosol products are being used.
- Attachments may get hot in use. Use care when handling them.
- Do not put down the appliance while it is operating.

Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervised.

CLEANING
- To clean the unit, be sure the unit is cool and unplugged. Wipe the handle and barrel with a damp cloth. No other maintenance is necessary.

STORAGE
Unplug the unit whenever it is not in use. Allow it to cool, then store it out of reach of children in a safe, dry location. Never wrap the cord around the appliance. This will cause the cord to wear prematurely and break, thus avoiding the warranty. Handle the cord carefully and avoid jerking, twisting, or straining it, especially at plug concatenate
