Please read this user manual carefully to fully understand the usage of the Girls Pro Brush. Keep the manual for future reference since it contains important information.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • This appliance complies with the recognized rules of the technology and the pertinent safety regulations for electrical appliance.

  • The main cable of this appliance cannot be replaced. If the cord or the plug is damaged or defect, the appliance should be discarded.

  • The Voltage of the power source must be same as specified on the rating plate!

  • Connect the appliance only to AC current and to a socket with earthing contact. Do not pull the cable over sharp edges, clamp it into place or allow it to hangdown! Keep the cable away from hot and damp areas!

  • Before using checks that the appliance functions properly! The appliance should not be used if:
    – The connecting cable is damaged
    – The appliance shows noticeable damage
    – The appliance has been dropped

  • Never wind the main cable around the appliance.

  • The main cable must not come into contact with hot appliance parts and should never run between the straightening brush!

  • Only insert the main cable plug to power supply when the appliance is switched off!

  • The appliance must not come into contact with flammable material. It must also not be used near flammable material because the straightener brush teeth reach temperature of approx. 220’C !

  • Never cover the straightening brush teeth with any object!

  • The appliance must never be switched on when the clamped together. Ensure that the appliance is open!

  • Children are not aware of the hazards of electrical appliances. Therefore close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by children!

  • Remove the plug from the power supply:
    – If the appliance does not function properly
    – Before cleaning
    – After every use

  • Do not pull on the main cable and do not carry the appliance by means of the cable!

  • Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning and maintenance, or if faults occur during operation!

  • Do not use the main cable to pull on the plug nor remove the plug from the socket with wet hands!

Warning!
Risk of burns from the straightening plates and hot appliance parts!
Never grasp the appliance by or near the straightening brush teeth when the appliance is on. The straightening brush teeth can cause burns. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Never transport the appliance when hot!

Risk of electric shock!

  • Never use the appliance with wet hands, in the bath or shower or over a filled washbasin. If the appliance falls into the water, remove the main cable plug immediately. When the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use.
  • After use, or if pausing for a significant length of time, unplug it and let the appliance cool down!
  • Protect the appliance away from moisture. Never put it into the dishwasher. Never immerse it in water!

Risk of burns with hair spray!
Because of hair spray may cause burning when the substance comes into contact with the straightening brush teeth!

SWITCHING ON THE APPLIANCE

Connect the appliance into the power supply (120-240V AC) and switch on the appliance using the ON-OFF button for press it 2 second. The display screen will be showing the default setting temperature.

SETTING THE TEMPERATURE

WARNING!
RISK OF BURNING YOUR HAIR IF SELECTED TEMPERATURE IS TOO HIGH!
Depending on your hair, selected the suitable temperature. Wrongly selected temperature or improper use of the hair brush puts your hair at rist of drying out or in the worst case burn the hair.

NOTE!
Higher temperature settings are reached in just a few seconds, a reduction of temperature setting take effect more slowly.

TEMPERATURE SETTING:
140°C, 150°C, 160°C-170°C, 180°C,…MAX.(220°C)

  • If press temperature up button”+”, the pertinent temperature will be showed on the display screen and flickering, it would be stop when the straightening brush teeth temperature are reached.
  • If press temperature control down “-”, the pertinent temperature will be showed on the display screen and flickering, it would be stop when the straightening brush teeth temperature are reached.
  • Suggestion: Always select the lowest temperature setting (150) when using your hair straightener for the first time.

FAHRENHEIT AND CELSIUS EXCHANGE FUNCTION
Press the temperature down button “_” for 2 seconds, then Fahrenheit and Celsius can be exchanged.

AUTO – OFF

  • The unit would be auto off after 30 minutes from your last operation.

SWITCH LOCK FUNCTION

  • 1 minute after switch on the appliance, the lock system function goes on automatically. The “LOC” will display on LED. Keep pressing “Temperature up” to unlock the system if you want to change the temperature or switch off the appliance.

STRAIGHTENING HAIR
Hold the appliance at the handle, always at a safe distance from skin and eyes. Use a mirror

  • Part you hair into approx. 4 cm strands.
  • Hold the appliance in the hand.
  • Begin at the roots and lay the prepared strands one at a time between the straightening brush teeth.
  • Close the appliance and draw the hair straightener slowly from the roots through to the tips of your hair. Repeat until your hair is as straight as you desire.
    After finishing styling, let your hair cool down.

SWITCHING OFF THE APPLIANCE
Switch off the appliance press the” ON/OFF” button for 2 seconds.

CLEANING

  1. Make sure the appliance is switched off and uplugged.
  2. Let the appliance cool down completely on a heat-resistant surface. Never wind the power cord around the appliance.
  3. Clean the appliance with a damp cloth.

STORAGE

Never wind the power cord around the apphancc

  1. Ensure the appliance is switched off and unplugged
  2. Let the appliance cool down on a heat resistant surface before storing it
  3. Use the lock-in close switch to lock the heating plates before storing the appliance
  4. Place tlte straightener in the heat-resistant pouch for easy storage and portability

ENVIRONMENT

Do not throw the appliance away with the normal household waste. After the brush reached its lifecycle hand it in at an official collection point for recycling electronics.
