- Keep the feed mill dry at any time. The ambient working temperature should be from 0 – 40° C.

Hints
- Only use pure grist for milling without dirt and stones. Otherwise the grinder might be damaged.
- Do not operate the feed mill when empty.

Safety Switches
Attention! The motor unit is equipped with two contact safety switches. If
the contact safety switches are not fully pressed down, the motor will not
start up. The safety switches are fully pressed down when the wing screws of
the sieve are tightly screwed on the unit.
Make sure the contact safety switches are not blocked by dust and dirt. If
necessary clean the safety switched before use.
Assembling and Operating
1. Turn the motor unit (3) upside down and mount the desired mash (6, 7 or 8) on the motor unit by using the wing screws.
Simultaneously screw the wing screws on the unit and make sure the wing screws are tightly fastened. By doing this the contact safety switches will be fully pressed down.
2. Now turn around the motor unit and place the motor unit on the collecting bin (5).
3. Lock both parts together with the quick locks (4).
4. Place the filling bin (1) on the motor unit. Lock the filling bin with the included mounting material (washer, retainer ring, wing nut).
5. Fill the grist into the filling bin and cover the filling bin with the dust cover, in order to avoid spilling during operation.
6. Insert the power plug into a wall socket and press the ON/OFF switch (2) to switch on the feed mill. During operation wear hearing protection.
If the motor does not function, please check if the wing screws are tightly screwed on the unit, so the contact safety switches are activated.
7. After finishing work switch off the motor unit and remove the milled
animal food.
Consider the slow-down time of the motor unit after switching off.
