Instructions

Refer to the above images.

1. Choose the side of desk mat to use
   Choose the side to use. The surface-treated vegan leather side supports precise mouse movement. You can choose to flip your desk mat over to use the soft felt side too.

2. Setup your wireless charging pad
   Magnetically snap both charging pad and desk mat in place. Attach/detach the charging pad to move and place it as required on left or right side.

3. Charge your devices wirelessly

4. Connect the available USB-C Cable into the USB-C port 1 and connect the other end into a 20W USB-C or higher power adapter.

5. Place your wireless charging enabled or MagSafe compatible device on top of the circular charger 4, the integrated magnet will snap the device in place (For MagSafe compatible iPhones only). Look for the charging icon on Phone to confirm charging has started.

6. Place wireless charging enabled Earbuds/AirPods 2/3/Pro on the smaller charging area 3 towards the top of the pad.

• LED status – Device Behavior
• Solid White – Power on
• Breathing White – Wireless charging in operation
• Flashing Red – Metal or abnormal object detected
• Off – Power off

Troubleshooting

Symptom

• Wireless device does not commence charging

Solution

• Move the device slightly around the charging surface. Align the center of the device roughly with the circular charging area outline.
  Ensure that your device supports wireless charging.

Symptom

• Wireless device stops charging

Solution

• Ensure device is aligned at the center of wireless charging area.
• Thick cases can interfere with wireless charging – if using a case try removing your device from the case while charging
• Use a wall charger of appropriate output. Must be 20W and above.

Warning

• This device uses inductive charging. Do not place metallic objects (aside from devices which support wireless charging) on top of the charging pad.
• Avoid placing phone cases which include metallic portions on the charger. In rare cases it may not be possible to detect smaller metallic objects, such as foil logos on phone cases, and the charger may continue to operate. In these cases, the metallic object will heat up and may cause damage to the device being charged over time.
• This device is designed for indoor use only.
• Do not deliberately damage the device or expose it to damp, direct sunlight, or high temperature conditions.
• It is normal for the device to be slightly warm to touch during operation. Provide adequate ventilation and do not cover the device while in operation.
• Disassembling or failing to properly use and care for your device will void the warranty on the product.
• Do not use the product if it becomes damaged as this could pose a risk of causing damage to connected devices.
• Journey bears no responsibility for damage to the device or incidental damages arising from improper use or lack of care. Journey will not be held liable for repair or replacement of the device or other damages in these circumstances.
