Important Reminders

  1. The power bank only supports magnetic attachment with a caseless iPhone with MagSafe, an official MagSafe case, an ESR HaloLock™ case, or a standard case with a HaloLock™ Universal Ring. It may not attach to other magnetic cases. It will not attach to any other non-magnetic phones or cases.
  2. While the power bank is being charged, it can still wirelessly charge your phone. The maximum output of the power bank is 7.5W for wireless charging. The USB-C port has a maximum input of 12W and a maximum output of 12W.
  3. The power bank does not support simultaneous wireless and wired charging. If a device is plugged in and a phone is magnetically attached, the power bank defaults to wired charging. The device that is magnetically attached will not be charged.

Safety Warnings

  1. Do not expose the device to temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 60°C (140°F).

  2. Do not expose the device to an open flame or submerge it in water as this will
    damage the device.

  3. Always check for damage to the device, cables, or other accessories before using the device. If damaged, do not use the device.

  4. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device in any way, as it may cause serious damage and void the warranty.

  5. Do not expose the device to corrosive liquids, or high humidity as they will seriously damage the device and void the warranty.
