Possible reasons and solutions: avoid using the vacuum cleaner on dark surfaces, remove dark carpets and fabrics from the floor, close the curtains if there is bright sunlight, wipe the infrared sensors and bumper at the front of the vacuum cleaner with a soft cloth.
-
The suction power has decreased. Possible reasons and solution: clean the dust container, all the filters, the roller brush and suction opening.
-
The vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped working. Possible reasons and solution: check if the battery is charged and the vacuum cleaner is not stuck.
