Installation

Before installing
Before you install the product consider the following points:

  • Ensure that water and moisture do not come into contact with the control unit, battery pack, and charger.

  • Clean water
Ensure that the water you will pump is clean. Only fine suspended matter is admissible. Coarser impurities (leaves, dirt particles, pebbles etc.) clog the filter or block the pump.

  • Stable installation
Ensure the water tank is positioned on a flat, level, and stable surface and will not fall over after the pump is installed.

  • Vertical operation
Select an installation location that allows the pump to operate in a vertical position.

  • Cable and hose length
Consider the length of the power supply cable and the hose when you decide on a setup. Keep in mind the amount of cable and hose consumed when lowering the pump into the water tank.

  • Operating depth
Consider the maximum operating depth of the pump. See section “Technical data” for details.

  • Delivery head
Consider the maximum delivery head of the pump. See the section “Technical data” for details.
