SAFETY WARNINGS AND GUIDELINES
Please read this entire manual before using this device, paying extra attention to these safety warnings and guidelines. Please keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive volume levels, which could cause hearing damage. Reduce the volume to minimum before using this speaker, then increase the volume toa comfortable listening level.
- Do not expose this device to excessively high temperatures. Do not place it in, on, or near a heat source, such as a fireplace, stove, radiator, etc. Do not leave it in direct sunlight.
- This device contains a Lithium battery. Dispose of this device only in accordance with local, state, or federal regulations for electronic waste.
- Charge the battery before first use and at least once every1 months to keep it fresh and capable of holding the full charge.
- Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or detergents. For stubborn deposits, moisten the cloth with warm water.
- This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, service, or modify this device

CHARGING
Charge the battery before first use and at least once every three months to keep it fresh and capable of holding the full charge. Perform the following steps to charge the battery in the speaker.
- The speaker will emit a beep every few seconds when the battery is low and needs charging.
- Plug one end of the included USB Type-C® Charging Cable into the USB-C® Charging Port on the speaker, then plug the other end into a USB power source, such as a computer, wall charger, or power bank (available separately). The LED Indicator illuminates red while charging is in progress. It will take about 4 hours to fully charge the battery.
- When the LED Indicator turns off, the battery is fully charged. Unplug the USB Type-C Charging Cable from the USB power source, then unplug it from the speaker. Store it in a safe place for future use.
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Perform the following steps to pair your device with the speaker. Note that the speaker cannot enter Bluetooth® mode if an audio cable is plugged into the 3.5mm Audio Jack.

With the speaker powered off, press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn the speaker on. The LED Indicator will begin flashing blue and you will hear a tone, indicating that the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Note that if a device has already been paired, is powered on, and is within range, the speaker will reconnect with that device automatically. To pair the speaker with another device, delete he pairing on the other device, turn the speaker off by pressing and holding the Power Button
for 2 seconds, then repeat step 1. -
Open the Bluetooth® settings on your device.

Locate and select the MP43249 entry. If prompted for a passcode, enter 0000 (four zeros).

Once your device has paired and connected, the LED Indicator will stop flashing, it will then illuminate solid blue and a tone will be heard.
Note that if a device is not paired with the speaker within 10 minutes, it will exit Bluetooth pairing mode. Repeat the above steps to pair it with a device.
OPERATION
- With the speaker powered off, press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn the speaker on.
- With the speaker powered on, press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn the speaker off.
- Momentarily press the Play/Pause/Phone Button to Pause or Resume playback.
- When an incoming call is received, momentarily press the Play/Pause/Phone Button to answer the call.
- When an incoming call is received, press and hold the Play/Pause/Phone Button to reject the call.
- With a call in progress, momentarily press the Play/Pause/Phone Button to hang up.
- Momentarily press the Volume+/Next Track Button to increase the volume level.
- Momentarily press the Volume-/Previous Track Button to decrease the volume level.
- Press and hold the Volume+/Next Track Button to skip ahead to the next track.
- Press and hold the Volume-/Previous Track Button to skip back to the previous track.
Notes:
- The playback and volume controls only function when using a Bluetooth® connection with a device that supports the AVRCP and A2DP Bluetooth profiles.
- The phone controls only function when using a Bluetooth connection with a device that supports the HFP Bluetooth profile.
WIRED CONNECTION
If your device does not support Bluetooth, you can use a wired connection with
the speaker. Plug one end of the included 3.5mm Audio Cable into the 3.5mm
Audio Jack on the speaker, then plug the other end into the headphone output
on your device. The LED Indicator will slowly flash blue, indicating that the
speaker is in AUX mode.
Note that the playback and volume controls will not function in AUX mode.
