Massage levels & massage times

Adjust the level and duration of your massage as needed. You can adjust the massage mode and duration to suit your needs.

Level 1
Relax Mode

20 Hz; 1200r/min (3-4 minutes per body area)
Relax Mode uses a very low vibration frequency. It is ideal for relaxation and regeneration. Perfect for recovery or before going to bed. Always use low intensity pressure for this level.

Level 2
Post Exercise Mode

28.3 Hz; 1700r/min (2-3 minutes per body area)
The second level, Post Exercise Mode, is ideal for cooling down and preventing muscle soreness after an intense training session. The vibration can improve circulation and desensitise painful areas. This helps with your recovery.

Level 3
Pre Exercise Mode

45 Hz; 2700r/min (30 seconds – 2 minutes per body area)
The Pre Exercise Mode is designed to prepare you for exercise. This frequency improves circulation, tissue fluid flow and tissue quality.
It means you gain increased mobility without decreasing your performance. The risk of injury can be reduced.

Level 4
Pro Mode

53.3 Hz; 3200r/min (30 – 60 seconds per body area)
Not for sensitive people. Pro Mode is very intense and can be used for large muscle groups such as the thighs or glutes. Use Pro Mode before training or competition.

Massage heads

The product comes with four different massage heads. You can easily change the attachments by pulling them off and putting a new one in.

Silicone Ball
Suitable for overall body treatments. Matches very well with our 1200r/min Relax Mode. The silicon surface ensures enough grip for a targeted massage.

Silicone Trigger
The right attachment for selective trigger point massage with vibration. Helps to release stiff tissues or fascia.

Silicone Fork
Perfect for the massage of parallel muscles, left and right of the Achilles tendon or the upper area of the trapezius muscle.

Metal Flat
Can be used for overall body treatment. Gliding metal material enables stroking movements on textile or skin. Also suitable to use with massage oil.

Cleaning

  • Do not use water to clean the product. Instead use a wet cloth.
  • Do not use any strong detergents or solvents.
  • Attachments and device can be cleaned with disinfectant.

Further instructions for use

Self-massage with the FASCIA GUN is very intuitive. This means that you yourself know best where your tissues need attention.

It is generally best to glide the FASCIA GUN gently over the tissue. Stay on sensitive hotspots/ trigger points for 30 seconds or until tensions ease.

You can use the FASCIA GUN to passively massage tissue by simply applying pressure to your tissue. Or you can add active mobilisation by moving adjacent body parts at the same time.
For example, while massaging your calf, you can simultaneously bend or stretch your ankle for an additional mobilisation effect. This combined movement creates shear forces in the tissues and is more effective in loosening tensions.

Avoid bony areas. Self-massage is designed for the active musculoskeletal system (muscles, tendons and fascia) and not for the passive musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, intervertebral discs). We recommend a low vibration level if you are working close to a bone.

Areas that are difficult to reach (e.g. back and neck) are best massaged by a partner.

You can vary the intensity of the massage by adjusting the angle at which you work your muscles. When applied vertically, the gentle strokes reach deeper into the tissue. Using the FASCIA GUN at an angle reduces the intensity and is especially suitable for sensitive parts of the body.

You can use the FASCIA GUN daily for self-massage. We recommend giving yourself a day off if your tissues feel a little stressed the next day. The best results are achieved with regular use.

Note: The information given is only a recommendation. Use the product in a way that is comfortable for you. If you are unsure about how to use the product correctly, please contact your doctor or physiotherapist.
