EGO ASS2120 Scraper Bar
SCRAPER BAR REPLACEMEN
This scraper bar is designed to only be used with EGO POWER+ 56-VOLT LITHIUM- ION CORDLESS SNOW BLOWER SNT2120AP.
WARNING: Make sure to turn off the unit and remove the battery pack(s) before performing any maintenance task on your snow blower. Required tools (not included):
- 5/16” (8 mm) open-end wrench
- T20 Torx screwdriver

The scraper bar is located at the bottom of the snow blower deck, beneath the auger (Fig. 1).

Turn the snow blower on its side (Fig. 2).

To reduce the risk of injury, wear gloves. Remove the 5 sets of nuts, spring washers, and bolts from the outside and remove the 2 Torx screws from the inside. Detach the worn scraper bar from the snow blower (Fig. 2).

Attach the new scraper bar to the snow blower with the shiny surface facing the inside of the deck (Fig. 3).

Align the mounting holes in the scraper bar with the holes in the deck. Insert the 2 Torx screws into the mounting holes from the inside, shiny surface of the scraper bar and tighten them (Fig. 3).

Insert the 5 bolts into the mounting holes from the inside, shiny surface of the scraper bar (Fig. 4a). Place the spring washers and nuts on the bolts (from the outside of the deck) and securely fasten the scraper bar to the deck (Fig. 4b).
