Why doesn’t one of the earbuds work? Take it gently; perhaps use a mono earbud.
Please attempt the following operation to reset the earbuds:

1. Unpair your device’s Bluetooth and remove the Bluetooth connection history from your device. Turn off your phone’s Bluetooth feature.
2. After putting the Bluetooth earbuds back into the charging case, give each earbud a 15-second long press.
3. After a while, removing the earphones will cause them to switch on and automatically pair with one another once more.
4. After enabling Bluetooth on your device, select “V98” from your list of paired devices to re-establish a connection.
   Please give it numerous tries if it still doesn’t work if you want to succeed.

How to pair

Compatible with Bluetooth V2.1+EDR or above devices. Use two earbuds together

1. Open the cover of the charging case (the earphone is in the charging case).
2. Open the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone and search for the name “V98”, click connection “V98”, after the pairing successfully, then take out the headset to use.

Use single earbud

1. Take out one of the earphones, and then close the charging case.
2. The headset lights blue first, and then triple-tap the headset touch area until the headset indicator “alternately flashes red and blue” to enter pairing mode.
3. Turn on the mobile phone’s Bluetooth function to search and connect to “V98”, at this time a single headset can be used.

Use after the first time

After the second use (the earphone is in the charging box), only need to open the charging box, which can be automatically connected to the mobile phone to use (you must ensure that the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone is turned on).

Charging way

The earbuds and charging case are with a built-in rechargeable battery, Can not be dis-assembled,Pls make sure the earbuds and case are fully charged before using them for the first time.

Charge the case

• Connect the USB charging cable to the charging socket on the charging box of the headset. Connect the charging cable and plug in the standard USB5V output power supply. During the charging process, the single-digit of the charging box digital tube flashes.
• When the charging box is fully charged, the charging box’s digital tube displays “100” to indicate that it is fully charged. Unplug the charging cable
• from the power socket.
• When the charging case is low, the digital tube display “15” flashes.

Charge the earbuds

• Put the left (L) and right (R) earphones into the charging case. The left (L) and right (R) earphone indicator light in solid red to enter the charging state (the charging indicator of the charging box is always on).
• When the left (L) and right (R) headsets are fully charged, the indicator light will go out and the charging box will automatically turn off the power.
• When the headset is low on power, the headset will beep at intervals, “please charge”, and the indicator will flash red at intervals. If the headset is turned off at low power during a call, it will automatically transfer the call to the phone.

Earbuds Re-pairing methods

Take both earbuds out from the charging case at the same time. Double click the touch area of both earbuds simultaneously. The red&blue light of both earbuds will flash. If the left earbud or right earbud flashes Red&blue alternatively, The earbuds paired successfully.

Warning

1. Do not place the device in a very low or high-temperature environment, In an extreme temperature environment, earbuds may transform, the Battery capacity may decrease, and earbuds’ lifetime may be shortened.
2. Do not use earbuds in storms, The earbuds may be broken and will increase the risk of lightning stroke. Do not disassemble or refit the earbuds for any reason, it makes broken or born the earbuds, Please send it to the sales agency to repair.
3. Only those USB charging cables qualified by us can be used, Use an unqualified USB cable or charger may break the earbuds and may cause an explosion in extreme situations..It will also makes the warranty invalid.
4. Repeated charging and discharging will make the battery performance reduced after some time, this is normal for all rechargeable batteries.
5. Pls put the items and accessories to places which can not be touched by kids or pets to avoid any unexpected accidents
