CLEANING THE MACHINE
These instructions show the steps for 6 MONTHLY cleaning of the Primo Maxi:
- Cleaning the ingredient mixer parts
- Clean the drip tray and cup tray
- Clean the canisters & chutes
- 1.03.02 -counters/service-counters/rinse& clean counters
- Check: Rinse is done daily, Cleaning Tablet weekly.
- Remove the mixer bowl & base – check the condition of the seals and the motor turns.
- Grease the O-Ring for the mixer bowl.
- Remove, clean & dry the dust tray.
- Clean and replace the Mixer base and Mixer bowl.
- Grease the O-Ring on the door for smooth closing of the machine.
- Remove the brewer from the machine, then remove back cover.
- Slide out the funnel. Remove piston cover – access to dirty cover of upper piston
- Remove the screw of the lower piston filter.
- Take out the upper filter and ring
- Use the brewer connecting screw to remove the lower piston from the chamber
- Clean the brewer under hot water -ensure coffee is removed from the upper piston
- Dry the brewer with cloth -grease the lower piston shaft
- Replace: Filters/Filter Ring/Piston cover/Funnel/Back of brewer
- Finally – grease the door lock.
