FILLING THE MACHINE

• Ensure you have clean hands and fresh ingredients
• Ensure the Canisters have been washed out, cleaned and thoroughly dried prior to filling

1. Before you start – wash hands
2. Ensure the correct bean type is used when filling the canisters
3. Unlock & Remove the lid, fill with beans -do not overfill the canister
4. To refill the instant products, open the door & lift the lid to the canisters
5. Turn canister chutes upwards – to prevent spilling
6. Remove instant canisters by lifting them and pulling them forward
7. Remove lid & fill -Ensure correct ingredient goes into correct canister
8. Make sure the canister connects to motor on the back and hole at the front
9. Rotate the canister chutes downwards into mixing bowls
10. Close the door -the machine is now ready

INSTALLING ENLARGEMENT KIT

These instructions show the steps to install the optional Enlargement kit for the bean canisters :

• PN: 1056041
• Kit includes 2 x 400gr extension rings (suitable for approx 55 cups)

1. Unlock current canisters and remove lids
2. Unscrew bolt on the inside of the lock
3. Remove bolt and lock from canister
4. Place ring on existing canister and click cover into lock hole
5. Replace lock and bolt into the canister ring – and fasten tight
6. Replace the lid and repeat for the second canister
7. Do not use more than 2 x extension rings per canister.
8. Add coffee beans. The machine is now ready to use

FRESH MILK FILLING

These instructions show the steps for Filling the Fresh Milk Fridge:

• Ensure the Fresh Milk Fridge and lines are clean
• Clean the Fridge before every refill
• Clean the Lines daily after use

1. Press menu to start
2. Select Fill Milk, the system will start filling, follow on screen instructions
3. Before you start wash your hands thouroughly
4. Open fridge, remove milk container and lid
5. Fill the container with cold milk – max 8 pints/4 litres
6. Replace the lid on the container, and the line into the container
7. Place Fridge back into machine, close the door and press NEXT
8. Place empty container under the outlet – press NEXT on screen
9. The machine will flush and fill the milk system.
10. Remove the container -press NEXT
11. The milk system is ready to use. Press X (close) to go to recipe menu
12. All drinks with fresh milk are available to use
13. Clean the measuring jug with dishwasher detergent
14. Fill measuring jug with 1 litre of clean water
15. Place the hose in the jug, and press NEXT on the screen
16. System cleans the lines – This takes about 4 minutes – Hot water dispensed
17. Remove the container, press NEXT on the screen
18. The cleaning process is stored HACCP cleaning schedule. Press X to continue
19. Clean the milk container with dishwasher detergent
20. Place milk container back into fridge with hose
21. Clean drip tray and cover behind
22. Clean drip tray using a damp cloth
23. Machine is ready to use
