**DAILY CLEANING:

**

These instructions show the steps for the Daily Cleaning including:

• Empty & Clean the waste container and the trays
• Clean the coffee machine

1. Remove Drip Tray
2. Rinse and Clean Drip Tray. Dry all parts thoroughly
3. Remove Cup Tray Guard
4. Wipe Cup Tray with a damp cloth
5. Clean Cup Tray Guard
6. Open the machine with the key
7. Remove waste container
8. Empty and clean waste container
9. Remove Outlet Cover: Lift the tab on the inside of the machine
10. Pull the outlet cover out from the door
11. Clean the outlet and dry thoroughly
12. Place all parts back into the machine
13. Clean the back cover behind the cup tray with a damp cloth
14. The machine is now ready to use.
    If you have a milk fridge continue with Fresh Milk System cleaning before refilling.

**WEEKLY CLEANING:

These instructions show the steps for Weekly Cleaning including:

• Clean the ingredient mixer parts
• Clean the bean supply parts and grinder

1. On the touchscreen: Select the machine menu
2. Select CLEAN MACHINE The steps on the screen will guide you through
3. Open the machine with the key
4. Open the canister lid
5. Turn canister chutes upwards
6. Remove instant canisters by lifting them and pulling them forward
7. Turn the whipper base counterclockwise to unlock the mixing bowl
8. Remove the mixer bowl
9.  Remove the hose from the mixing bowl
10. Remove the hose and coffee splitter
11. Remove the coffee house and coffee splitter
12. Remove the whipper impeller
13. Turn the whipper base further clockwise
14. Remove the whipper base
15. Remove the dust tray
16. Clean and rinse parts – or replace from hygiene kit
17. Clean the canister area using the brush (found on the left side of the machine)
18. Replace the dust tray
19. Replace whipper base
20. Rotate whipper base anticlockwise
21. Replace the whipper impeller
22. Attach hoses to the coffee splitter and replace the coffee splitter in its holder
23. Make sure the canister connects to the motor on the back
24. And the front falls into the hole
25. Rotate the canister chutes downwards into the mixing bowl
26. Ensure they are angled correctly – wipe any dust from the metalwork
27. Close the lid
28. Remove the bean Funnel
29. Clean the funnel and the grinder entrance using the brush
30. Clean the bean funnel back in its position
31. If the machine asks you to add a cleaning tablet, follow the screen instructions*
32. Get one Westomatic cleaning tablet from the package
33. Drop the tablet into the brewer
34. Close the machine, place an empty container below the outlet
35. Press NEXT→ to continue – the machine cleans itself – Press NEXT again
36. For the empty waste water container, clean the back cover with a damp cloth

*brewer cleaning is asked depending on your previous cleaning history

FRESH MILK CLEANING:

These instructions show the steps for Cleaning the Fresh Milk Fridge:

• The Fresh Milk Fridge must be cleaned every day
• The Primo will remind you to clean the fridge at a pre-set time each day – the machine won’t work unless this is done

1. Before you start – wash your hands or wear gloves
2. Open the milk cooler, remove the hose and wipe clean
3. Empty the milk canister
4. Clean the canister with dishwasher detergent
5. Rinse with thoroughly clean water
6. Ensure you clean the lid thoroughly with detergent too

FRESH MILK LINE CLEANING:

These instructions show the steps for Cleaning the Fresh Milk Lines:
For this process you will need:

• Westomatic Milk Line Cleaner
• Measuring Jug
• Fresh Water
• Cleaning wipes

1. On the touchscreen: Select the machine menu
2. Select CLEAN MILK SYSTEM Follow machine instructions
3. Before you start – wash your hands or wear gloves
4. Open the fridge, remove the hose and wipe press NEXT → on the screen
5. Fill a measuring jug with 500ml of clean water
6. Use 30ml of Westomatic Milk Line cleaner. Press NEXT on the screen
7. Place the hose in the jug and press NEXT on the screen
8. Place container under the outlet Hot water is dispensed – press NEXT on the screen
9. The system cleans the lines – This takes about 4 minutes
10. Empty the container
11. Replace the container back under the outlet and press NEXT on the screen
12. Remove and clean hose, and press NEXT on the screen
13. Clean the measuring jug with dishwasher detergent
14. Fill measuring jug with 1 liter of clean water
15. Place the hose in the jug, and press NEXT on the screen
16. The system cleans the lines – This takes about 4 minutes – Hot water dispensed
17. Remove the container, press NEXT on the screen
18. The cleaning process is stored HACCP cleaning schedule. Press X to continue
19. Clean the milk container with dishwasher detergent
20. Place the milk container back into the fridge with a hose
21. Clean drip tray and cover behind
22. Clean drip tray using a damp cloth
23. The machine is ready to use
