The device is intended for use indoors. Never use outdoors.

This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with restricted physical, sensory or intellectual capability or lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person who is responsible for their safety or provides them with instructions on how to use the device. Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with the device.

Never leave children unattended with the packaging material. The packaging material represents a danger of suffocation. Children frequently underestimate the dangers. Always keep children away from the packaging material. This device is not a toy.

Do not use electrical equipment if you are lacking in concentration or awareness, or are under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. If applicable, use only the supplied AC adapter with the device. Other AC adapters may damage the device. Do not use the supplied AC adapter with other devices.

Check the device and cable (and if applicable, the adapter) for any damage before use. If there is any visible damage, a strong odour, or excessive overheating of components, unplug all the connections immediately and stop using the device.

Use the device in a suitable, properly installed and easily accessible mains power socket. Make sure the device can be disconnected from the mains at all times.

Unplug the device during electrical storms or when not in use.

To avoid overheating, do not cover the device, do not use near heat sources or in direct sunlight and only at ambient temperatures of between 0 °C and 40 °C.

Keep the device away from flammable materials such as curtains and drapes.

Unplug all connections before cleaning the device. Do not use wipes or chemicals as these could damage the surface. Wipe the housing with a damp cloth. Electrical/ electronic parts must not be cleaned.

If applicable, protect the mains adapter from use by third parties (particularly children). Keep the unused mains adapter in a dry, elevated or locked location away from children.

Not for use in potentially explosive environments. Please do not use the device in potentially explosive environments in which flammable liquids, gasses or dust are present.

If an adapter is supplied with the product, this adapter must only be used to supply DC devices (terminals). Please ensure that the required input voltage of the terminal device matches the voltage setting of the mains adapter, and that the polarity is correct. This device is not approved for such environments.

Prior to connecting to the mains, make sure your local mains voltage matches the rating indicated on the device.

The device must be connected to a permanent and earthed AC wall socket (with 16A fuse).

Protect the mains cord from being strained, pinched or buckled and place it in a way to prevent people from tripping over the cord. Particularly ensure that damage is avoided at the plug and the point where the cord exits from the device.

Do not expose the device to direct sunlight and do not place it on heat-sensitive surfaces, near heaters, air conditioners or flammable substances.

Do not drop or hit the device.

Never leave the device unattended when switched on.

Always grasp the plug, not the cord itself. Never touch a mains plug with wet hands.

After each use the device should be disconnected from the mains, to prevent that the product can lead to a risk for humans, domestic animals and cattle.
