SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the enclosed safety warnings, the additional safety warnings and the instructions. Failure to follow the safety warnings and the instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save the safety warnings and the instructions for future reference.
The following symbols are used in the user manual or on the product:
- Read the manual.
- Denotes risk of personal injury, loss of life or damage to the tool in case of non-obser-vance of the instructions in this manual.
- Indication of the maximum load capacity.
GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
The truck shall be used, serviced and repaired ac-cording to the instructions of the manufacturer and shall not be modified or have attachments fitted without ensuring that the truck is still safe.
- Keep children and bystanders away while operat-ing tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
- Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use com-mon sense when operating tool.
- Do not use a tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
- A moment of inattention while operating tools may result in serious personal injury.
- Never leave children unsupervised with packing materials. There is a risk of suffocation.
- Maintain tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the tool’s operation. If damaged, have the tool repaired before use.
- Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained tools.
- Pay attention to the stability of the product before use. Use the product properly and only in the intended area of application.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS SPECIFIC FOR PLATFORM TRUCKS
- This platform truck is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and / or knowledge, unless they are supervised or given by a person responsible for their safety instructions from her on how to use the product.
- Never expose the product to high temperatures and moisture, otherwise the product can be damaged.
- This platform truck is a tool. Please note the following when using:
- The platform truck must always be loaded in such way that the handle can be kept free.
- For safety reasons, the maximum weight must not be exceeded.
- To ensure safe control of the platform truck, distribute the load evenly on the load plate.
- Keep the gravity of the load as low as possible. Place heavy objects on the bottom and lighter objects on top.
- Make sure that the load cannot slide down or fall down during transport.
- If necessary, secure the load with straps
- When driving up or down an incline, make sure that nobody is behind the platform truck.
- Do not use the platform truck to transport peo-ple (including children).
- To avoid impairing the truck stability, the truck loaded or unloaded shall be moved slowly and smoothly.
- The truck shall not be towed by a powered vehicle.

Intended use
This platform truck has been designed for the transportation of loads up to
the maximum weight and to be folded for easy storage. The platform truck is
not suitable for transport of people or loads that cannot be securely
attached.

ASSEMBLY
Mounting the wheels (Fig. B)
- Put the truck upside down. Put a piece of card-board underneath, so you don’t damage the subsurface.
- Mount the swivel wheels (2) using four bolts (3) per wheel on the rear side, as shown on Fig. B.
- Mount the fixed wheels (5) using four bolts (3) per wheel on the front side, as shown on Fig. B.
- Turn the truck over and put it on its wheels.
OPERATION
Unfolding for usage (Fig. C)
- Stand behind the truck.
- Place your foot on the release bar (6) and press downwards.
- Pull the handle (1) gently towards you.
- When handle (1) is completely upright, release the folding release bar (6).
Always check if the handle is secured properly.
Folding for storage (Fig. C)
- Stand behind the truck.
- Place your foot on the release bar (6) and press downwards.
- Take the handle (1) and gently push away from you.
- When handle (1) is completely folded, release the folding release bar (6).
MAINTENANCE
Risk of damage! Improper handlining of the platform truck can lead to damages. Always check product for damage before ï¬rst use.
Check regularly that the platform truck is in perfect condition, re-tighten the screws if necessary and make sure the frame engages correctly.
Clean the product
- Never use mineral spirits, solvents or aggres-sive cleaning agents for cleaning.
- Clean the product with a damp cloth and , if necessary, with a mild detergent.
WARRANTY
VONROC products are developed to the highest quality standards and are guaranteed free of defects in both materials and workmanship for the period lawfully stipulated starting from the date of original purchase. Should the product develop any failure during this period due to defective material and/or workmanship then contact VONROC directly. The following circumstances are excluded from this guarantee:
- Repairs and or alterations have been made or attempted to the machine by unauthorized service centers;
- Normal wear and tear;
- The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained;
- Non-original spare parts have been used.
This constitutes the sole warranty made by company either expressed or implied. There are no other warranties expressed or implied which extend beyond the face hereof, herein, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall VONROC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. The dealers remedies shall be limited to repair or replacement of nonconforming units or parts.
