070403 Suzuki GSX-S1000 and Katana Hugger
Please note: it is advised although not necessary that the rear wheel is
removed for fitment of the Pyramid Hugger.
Doing this will make the removal of the OEM Hugger & fitment of the Pyramid
Hugger easier.
- Remove the existing mudguard.
- Feed the hugger over the tyre and into position. Fix the front mounting point loosely using either the original bolt or one of the M6x16mm bolts provided.
- Next loosely fasten the two side mounting points using the M6 X 16mm bolts provided.
- Push the brake hose mounting clip into the hole in the hugger.
- Check the alignment of the hugger and fully tighten all the mounting points. Make sure to always check all fixings periodically.
