- Moulding Brackets: A+B pair
- Black Stainless Steel Bolt: M5 x 12mm
- Stainless Steel Washer: M5
- Stainless Steel Serrated Nut: M5
- Foam Strip: 20mm x 1.5mm (cut to 250mm in length) Push-rivets
Product Usage Instructions
- Attaching the Mudguard
- Loosely attach the mudguard to the brackets using the M5 fixings supplied. Place the M5 stainless steel washers under the bolt head and under the serrated nuts.
- Attaching Foam Strip
- Cut and attach the foam provided in the area marked ‘A’ below.
- Tightening Mounting Points
- Following instructions marked ‘B’ below, be sure to check alignment as you go. Now tighten all the mounting points. Check fixings periodically.
- Installing Extenda Fenda
- Once the brackets are fitted, drill 4mm holes through the OEM mudguard and EXTRA Extenda Fenda. Use the push-rivets supplied to secure the two parts together.
- Brake Caliper Bolt Adjustment
- Remove the brake calliper bolt on each side of the bike. Refit the bolt with the mudguard brackets in place as shown in the manual.

- We advise the use of thread-locking fluid on all the fixings for this product.
- Loosely attach the mudguard to the brackets using the M5 fixings supplied.
- Place the M5 stainless steel washers under the bolt head and the serrated nuts.
- Cut and attach the foam provided in the area marked ‘A’ below.
- Following instructions marked ‘B’ below. Be sure to check alignment as you go!
- Now tighten all the mounting points. Check fixings periodically.
Please note: the brackets supplied appear similar but are different!
- Bracket A = left-hand side of the bike.
