Operating Steps

  1. Connect the included Type C cable to an adapter or a QC 3.0 or PD adapter for fast charging (QC 3.0 adapter not included) to power the unit.
  2. Place Mag-Safe compatible phones on top ring to begin charging.

Tips Before Using:

  1. Before charging, please remove the phone case, or use a phone case that supports magnetic wireless charging for a better charging experience.
  2. If the case is too thick, we suggest you take off the Non Mag-Safe Phone Case
  3. Magnetic alignment function is only compatible with iPhone® 13/12 series.

Charging Status Indicator

  1. Place the device directly on the bottom ring to start charging. The blue light will turn on to indicate the unit is being charged.
  2. If your phone was placed improperly or any foreign object that might affect the device is nearby, the status indicator light will start flashing.

Important Safety Instructions

  1. Always clean the unit using a dry cloth, do not use liquids or any cleaners.
  2. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
  3. The unit should not be used near water. For example: near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, swimming pool or in a wet basement.
  4. The unit should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other appliances (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
  5. Do not place the unit on an unstable table, stand, tripod, or bracket. This may result in serious personal injuries and damage to the unit.
  6. If the unit is to be left unused for an extended period of time, such as a month or longer, the power cable should be unplugged from the unit to prevent damage or corrosion.
  7. Do not place the wireless charging cover solely on the wireless charger. Doing so may overheat the charger and cause fire. It may result in damaging the device or may result in serious burns.
