Placement in a proper location is critical to the accuracy and performance of
this product. Place the monitor in a dry area free of dirt and dust. To ensure
accurate temperature measurement, place monitor out of direct sunlight and
away from any heat source or vents. To ensure accurate humidity measurement,

Using the Humidity Monitor
Humidity Level Icon
The Humidity Level Icon easily conveys a low, high or ideal indoor humidity
level for your home and health.
High/Low Records
High and low readings are captured from three 12 hour blocks of time, starting
at the time batteries are installed. At the end of each 12 hour block of time
the product examines highs and lows from the past three 12 hour blocks of time
(or 36 hours) and displays the highest and lowest readings. The high and low
records displayed are always taken from within a minimum of 24 hours and a
maximum of 36 hours.
