Troubleshooting
4.1 Connection issues
-
Make sure BT (Bluetooth) mode is running on your smartphone, Tablet or PC.
-
Make sure your device is properly charged.
If the device is solar-powered and has not been exposed to any source of light for an extended period of time, it might be necessary to keep it under direct sunlight for a few hours. A cloudy day will work too. -
Make sure no other device is linked to your Ultrasonic device.
Each unit can only be connected to a single device at a time. As soon as it gets disconnected, your device is ready to link to any other device with the Anemotracker app
installed. If you are trying to connect your device to a Garmin watch, make sure it’s first disconnected from the app in your phone.
For further information please contact Calypso Technical Support.
4.2 App Malfunction
