4.8 Point Inspection and Maintenance of Engine Engine

Inspection and Maintenance Details See Engine Instructions

Attention

Untimely maintenance is the cause of the accident. In order to maintain the good condition of this product, please refer to the above for regular inspection and maintenance.

Fifth: Troubleshooting
5.1 Walking device

If the clutch rod is pressed, the car body can’t be started.

  1. Whether the gearbox gear is correct or not; shift the shift rod in place;
  2. Whether V-belt is loose or not, adjust V-belt tightness;
  3. Whether the brake is in the holding state, adjust the length of the brake screw.
5.2 Bad brake device
  1. Bad brake adjustment, adjust the brake to the best position;
  2. Water intake in brake device. Please brake several times to dry the brake box.
  3. Overload, please lighten the load.
5.3 Track shedding
  1. Check whether the track is damaged or not;
  2. Adjust the crawler tension wheel to make the crawler tension suitable.
5.4 Poor steering gear
  1. Check whether the steering rod’s operating force is too small;
  2. Check whether the steering wire is damaged or broken;
  3. Check whether the steering rocker arm is well connected with the cable.
Sixth:Handling and Storage
6.1 Key points of handling
  1. Parking the truck on the flat road and fixing the wheels;
  2. Make sure that the hook of the ferry board is hanging on the cargo platform. There is no requirement of fault and dislocation (ferry board). The length of the ferry board is not less than four times the height of the cargo platform, and the width is not less than 800 mm. The thickness depends on the site condition.
  3. Please move slowly and load the car.
  4. Stop in sequence according to the direction of parking, and fix the machine on the cargo table of the truck with wire or rope.
6.2 Key Points of Storage

When the porter is parked for a long time after completion of farmland operation or for some reason, it must be properly stored and sealed. The Porter should be kept in a good environment to prevent rust, aging and deformation of the parts.
Before the conveyor is sealed, it must be thoroughly cleaned, adjusted and tightened to complete the required technical maintenance according to the working time (see 4.2), so that the conveyor is in a good technical state.

6.2.1 Reasons for Damage of Carrier during Storage Period

  1. Corrosion: During parking, dust and vapor in the air are easily immersed into the interior of the machine from cracks and holes, causing parts to be contaminated and corroded; relatively moving surfaces, such as pistons, valves, bearings, gears, etc., lose the protection of flowing and pressurized lubricating oil film due to long-term stationary at a certain position, resulting in corrosion, cementation blockage or stuck, so as to scrap;
  2. Aging: Rubber, plastics and other parts under sunlight, due to the role of ultraviolet radiation will aging, deterioration, brittleness, loss of function or corrosion, decay;
  3. Deformation: transmission belt, tire and other parts are subjected to long-term stress, resulting in plastic deformation.
  4. Others: Electrical parts are damped, etc.

6.2.2 Carrier Storage

  1. Before storage, carefully check the conveyor, solve the existing problems, and maintain good operation. Clean the outside surface of the conveyor.
  2. Clean the oil in the lubrication system.
  3. Release the oil in the engine while it is hot, add new oil, and let the engine run at low speed for several minutes, so that the oil evenly adheres to the surface of the moving parts.
  4. Apply dehydrated Vaseline (heated to 100-200 C) to electrical contacts, joints and unpainted metal parts.
  5. Loosen the belt of the development engine, take it off if necessary, pack it well and store it separately, spray rust-proof agent in the groove of the belt wheel, and paint the paint-shedding part of the surface of the carrier.
  6. Put out the gasoline in the gasoline tank and clean the tank.
  7. Use protective materials (hair canvas, waterproof cloth or all paper, etc.) to seal the unclosed nozzles of the engine, such as intake and exhaust nozzles, so as to prevent foreign bodies, dust and water vapor from entering.
  8. Put all the operating handles into working state (including electrical system switches).
  9. Porters should be parked in hangars or garages. The environment should be ventilated and dry. It is strictly forbidden to store with corrosive articles and gases. If conditions are not available, when parking in the open air, higher and dry terraces must be chosen and covered with waterproof cloth.

6.2.3 Maintenance of Carriers during Storage Period

  1. During the storage period of the transporter, the requirements of the above-mentioned storage must be met.
  2. Examine the abnormal phenomena such as rust, corrosion, aging and deformation of the truck and parts every month, And out the problems and eliminate them in time.
  3. Engine crankshaft should be rotated every two months to prevent internal rust. Remove the old grease and replace the new grease in the lubrication area where the grease needs to be added.
  4. Carriers should be started every three months and driven at low speed for 20-30 minutes to check for abnormal phenomena in all parts.
Seventh:Operational Guidelines for Hydraulic Systems
