Important Instruction

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING LED TEMP LIGHT. RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

RAB temp light must be wired in accordance with the National Electrical Code and all applicable codes. Proper grounding is required for safety.THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION CODE BY A PERSON FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OFTHE PRODUCT AND THE HAZARDS INVOLVED.

WARNINGS:

  • Operating temperature: -30°C to 60°C (-22°F to 140°F).
  • Please read this manual carefully before use, make sure the application is in accordance with the instructions.
  • To reduce the risk of electric shock and fire, do not exceed string maximum wattage including any additional string loads. Maximum number of connection lamps:
    • 60W – 10PCES Max
    • 100W – 6PCES Max
    • 150W – 4PCES Max
  • This device is suitable for dry and damp locations.
  • Disconnect the power to avoid shock when the equipment is wet.
  • This device is not intended for use with emergency exits.
  • The product should not be installed in heat and sealed environment and corrosive gases, and other places, so as not to affect the service life.
  • This luminaire must be installed, tested and maintained by professionals using special equipment.

CAUTION:
RAB’s Temporary work light including its LEDs, housing, power cord, LED driver, and internal wiring meet all UL product certification requirements from our factory. However, when these luminaires are modified in any way by cutting and removing the NEMA 5.15 Plug with the specific intent to splice the luminaire into a 277 VAC circuit, the luminaire “will not” meet the UL product certification standard  ecause the receptacle on the luminaire will be energized at 277 VAC, not the receptacle’s intended” 120 VAC operation

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

  1. Turn off the power before installation.
  2. The installation steps for a single lamp are Step 1 and Step 2 only.
  3. The installation steps for 2 or more products repeat Steps 1 through Step 3.
  4. Close the cap of the last lamp if there is no further connection to other lamps.

Caution

  • Maximum number of lamp connections: 60W – 10PCS, 100W – 6PCS, 150W – 4PCS.
  • Lamps may not work as advertised if the number of connected lamps exceeds the allowable quantity.
  • Lamp can work normally after removing redundant lamps.

  • TEMP-XXX-850/XXCP(Cable length: 60W – 15ft; 100W – 25ft; 150W – 35ft)

Ensure the fixed wall or object is strong enough to hold 20 lbs
plug and sock connection
**Connect the plug and socket to make sure 2 or more lamps be jointed together, and rotate the buckle 90 degree to make sure the lamps connected more firm.
