LED INDICATOR
- Flashing Red = Case charging.
- Solid Red = Case fully charged.
- Solid Green = Earbuds charging.
- LED Off = Earbuds fully charged.
GLOW IN THE DARK
- The case and earbuds can glow in the dark when placed under a light source (such as a lamp) for 5 – 10 minutes.
- The glow function can last up to 15 minutes.
- Once the effect has diminished, please recharge the glow using a light source again.
PAIRING
- Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your device (e.g. smartphone) then =search for and select EPS-KTWSGO from the list.
- The earbuds will automatically turn on, sync together, and enter pairing mode.
- If the earbuds don’t show up, refresh the Bluetooth list, or wait approx. 1-2 minutes.
DISCONNECTING
- To remove the earbuds, go to the Bluetooth settings on your device, tap the earbuds and select “ Remove ” or “ Forget ”.
- To remove the earbuds from a device you no longer have or can’t access, simply make sure you are at least 50 meters away from the old device then pair the earbuds to a new device
RE-SYNCING THE EARBUDS
- If the 2 earbuds are not synced together or enter a disconnected state during use please put both earbuds back into the case, close the case lid and leave for 1 minute.
- The earbuds should now be re-synced to each other.

Note: There are no volume controls built into the earbuds. Please adjust the volume on your connected device.
CHARGING
Case:
- Plug the included USB cable into a 5V/1A charging source.
- The case will take 2 hours to charge fully.
Earbuds:
- Place the earbuds into the case.
- Make sure the case has sufficient battery to recharge the earbuds.
- The earbuds will take 1.5 hours to recharge.
Note: When the earbuds battery is low, a prompt will be heard every 5 minutes to recharge.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Why is sound only coming out of one earbud?
- Make sure both earbuds have been charged and are synced together.
- Follow the instructions outlined in this manual to re-sync your earbuds.
Why are the earbuds not connecting to my device?
- Pairing is done via Bluetooth. Make sure the device you are connected to has their Bluetooth function enabled.
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case and place them next to the device they are being connected to.
- Wait approx. 1-2 minutes for your device’s Bluetooth list to update then search for and select EPS-KTWSGO.
- Make sure the earbuds have not already been paired to another device. Follow the disconnecting instructions outlined in this manual for disconnecting the earbuds.
Why is the sound skipping, pausing, or stuttering when playing audio?
- The maximum wireless range from the earbuds to the connected device is 10 meters. If close to or exceeding this distance the sound signal may be affected.
- When handling the earbuds (i.e., taking them in/out of ears) be mindful of accidentally pressing the multi-function button
