Intended use

The product has two USB-A outputs and one USB-C® (PD 3.0) output. The product is suitable for charging and operating up to three USB devices at the same time. Power is supplied via a standard household mains socket. The product is protected against short circuit and overload. This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture (e.g. in a bathroom) must be avoided under all circumstances. For safety and approval purposes, do not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition, improper use can cause hazards such as short circuit, fire or electric shock. Read the operating instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Only make this product available to third parties together with its operating instructions. General information
  • This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
  • Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may become a dangerous plaything for children.
  • Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, flammable ga-ses, vapours and solvents.
  • Never expose the product to any excessive mechanical stress.
  • If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, stop using it and prevent unautho-rised use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
    • is visibly damaged,
    • is no longer working properly,
    • has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
    • has been subjected to any serious transport-related stress.
  • Handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height may damage the product.
  • The mains socket that the device is plugged into must be easily accessible.
  • Unplug the connected USB device from the product when you are not using it.
  • Electrical devices must never be plugged in or unplugged with wet hands.
  • If the product shows signs of damage, do not touch it, there is a risk of death from an elec-tric shock! First, switch off the mains voltage to the mains socket to which the product is connected (switch off the respective circuit breaker or remove the safety fuse; then switch off the respective GFCI so that the mains socket is fully disconnected). You can then unplug the mains plug from the mains socket. Dispose of the damaged product in an environmen-tally friendly manner, stop using it. Replace it with an identical product.
  • Always lay the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them. This poses a risk of injury.
  • The product must only be powered by a standard mains socket connected to the public grid. Before plugging in the product, check that the voltage indicated on the product corre-sponds to the voltage of your electricity supplier.
  • For safety reasons, disconnect the product from the mains socket during storms.
  • Ensure no liquids can spill on electrical appliances and never place any objects filled with liquids near the device. Should liquid penetrate the device nonetheless, cut off the power supply to the relevant mains socket (e.g. via the circuit breaker) and pull the mains plug out of the mains socket. Discontinue use and take the product to a specialist repair centre.
  • Never use the product immediately after it has been taken from a cold room into to a warm one. This may cause condensation to form, which can destroy the product. Furthermore, it can cause a lethal electric shock! Allow the product to reach room temperature before connecting it and putting it into use. This may take several hours.
  • Make sure the USB ports are not short-circuited.
  • Ensure there is sufficient air circulation when you operate the product. Never cover the product.
  • Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product, or if you have concerns about safety.
  • If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions, contact our technical support service or other technical personnel.
Connected devices
  • Always observe the safety information and operating instructions of any other devices which are connected to the product.
  • Always switch off the USB device to be connected before connecting and disconnecting.

Operation

  • Connect the power plug to an appropriate power outlet.
  • Before connecting your USB device to one of the USB-A outputs or the USB-C® output, make sure it is switched off. You can charge up to three devices at the same time. In the table below, you will find the available charging currents/charging powers.
  • Note: the USB-A (QC 3.0) operation is only possible if at least one of the two USB-A outputs is free.
  • The USB device will start to charge. Should you wish to operate the USB device, you may turn it on now.
  • Switch off the USB device before you unplug it from the product.
  • The outputs can be used to charge devices with different voltages (5 V, 9 V, 12 V) and USB Power Delivery (PD 20 W).
  • Disconnect all connected USB devices from the USB charger after use. Disconnect the USB charger from the car power socket after use.

Care and cleaning

Disposal

This symbol must appear on any electrical and electronic equipment placed on the EU market. This symbol indicates that this device should not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life.
Owners of WEEE (Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment) shall dispose of it separately from unsorted municipal waste. Spent batteries and accumulators, which are not enclosed by the WEEE, as well as lamps that can be removed from the WEEE in a non-destructive manner, must be removed by end users from the WEEE in a non-destructive manner before it is handed over to a collection point.

Distributors of electrical and electronic equipment are legally obliged to provide free take-back of waste. Conrad provides the following return options free of charge (more details on our website):
