We are delighted that you have chosen the MAXXMEE stainless steel spice grinder. This ingenious spice grinder saves you space on your dining table and allows you to season your food as you wish. Salt and pepper, for example, or other dry, coarse spices can be stored separately in two different seasoning chambers and ground at both ends of the spice grinder. Simply add the spices you want, set the grinding fineness as you wish, and off you go. Everything is coarsely or finely ground and delivered precisely. Check the items supplied for completeness and the components for transport damage. If you find any damage, do not use the product but contact our customer service department. Remove any films, stickers, or transport protection from the product.
INTENDED USE
- The product is intended to be used for grinding salt and pepper.
- The product is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial applications.
- Use the product only for the specified purpose and as described in the operating instructions. Any other use is deemed to be improper.
SAFETY NOTICES
- Keep children and animals away from the packaging material. There is a danger of suffocation.
- Do not reach into the grinding mechanism. There is a danger of injury.
- Do not expose the product to any extreme temperatures, temperature fluctuations, or prolonged direct sunlight.
- Protect the product from impacts, fire, and heat sources.
- Do not place heavy objects on the product.
USE
- Unscrew the grinding mechanism (2) from the seasoning chamber (3).
- Pour coarse salt, peppercorns, etc. into the seasoning chamber.
- Screw the grinding mechanism onto the seasoning chamber.
- Fill the second seasoning chamber in the same way.
- Remove the lid (1) from the grinding mechanism.
- Set the grain size you want by turning the grind setting dial (4). If you turn towards the smaller dots on the grind setting dial, the grain size becomes finer.
- Turn the grinding mechanism to season food.
- Place on the lid after use.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note:
- Do not clean the dishwasher.
- Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads. These may damage the surfaces.
- Allow all parts to dry completely or dry them with a tea towel before storing them away.
- Wipe off any dirt with a clean, damp cloth.
- The seasoning chamber can be rinsed with water and detergent. Allow it to dry completely before using it!
- If possible, do not immerse the rest of the parts in water. Instead, place uncooked rice (or coarse salt) in the grinder and grind in the usual way. The rice will clean the grinding mechanism and absorb moisture, and any seasoning residues will stick to it.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner so that it can be recycled. The product should also be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way if it is no longer going to be used.
