The application does not completely replace the traditional remote control, it is realized mainly to use the Smart features of the TV (applications, media player, etc…). Some applications require the use of a keyboard and / or a cursor / mouse; then the traditional remote control supplied with the TV is not sufficient to control them

Main functions

TV mode Channel search:
  1. Access the Channel menu;
  2. Select the source from the Antenna Type item (Terrestrial, Cable or Satellite);
  3. Select the Scan item;
  4. Define the search parameters according to the antenna system and / or preferences;
  5. Start the scan

NOTE By choosing to use the LCN (terrestrial) or TivùSat (satellite) function, at the end of the search a channel list will be created with a predefined sort order. Viewing encrypted channels requires the use of a conditional access module dedicated (CAM) and relative card (Smart-card), to be purchased separately.

Channel selection: At the end of the scan, a channel list will be created for each source, the channel lists they will be available individually after selecting the source, for example:

  1. Terrestrial Channels: access the Channel / Antenna Type menu and set Terrestrial
  2. Satellite Channels: access the Channel / Antenna Type menu and set Satellite
Smart (Home) mode

The Home menu, which can also be accessed directly from the HOME button on the remote control, allows to access the following features:

  • Management and use of applications;
  • Browsing browser,
  • Selection of input sources / modes:
  • Access to the application store for download and installation.
  • Access to the Multimedia menu for playing audio / video content from external USB memory devices or for managing the files saved in the internal memory of the TV, such as installation from APK file (recommended procedure for expert users only).
  • Access to system settings

System Settings
Accessible from the Home menu, it allows you to configure:

  • Network settings (connection to the network via LAN cable or Wireless);
  • Time setting for setting the time and related parameters;
  • Common settings, for general changes such as language, keyboard type, management permissions / accounts;
  • Info, to get information about the system (HW / SW version, MAC address, memory, GPU …).

WARNINGS To take advantage of the SMART TV features, you need to connect the TV to the internet.

Antenna system configuration (satellite)

The default settings provide for the configuration of a fixed antenna system with single LNB, receiving the signal from the Hotbird 13 ° E satellite. In the case of a different antenna system, it is necessary to change the configuration, changing the parameters in the Channels / Scan / LNB menu.

NOTES AND WARNINGS

The TV is compatible with single universal converter, multi-satellite systems DiSEqC (1.0 – 1.1 – 1.2 – 1.3) and multi-user SCR / Unicable. Incorrect antenna configuration may result in the failure of some or all channels. we recommend that you contact a professional installer for installation. The signal level and quality indicators refer to the transponder of the selected satellite indicated on the screen. So make sure that it is valid / up-to-date and really active. It is not recommended to avoid connecting the TV to the satellite signal via the connector through antenna (LNB Out / Loop Through) of an external satellite receiver as both devices cannot work at the same time. In case of system with LNB SCR: each television / receiver connected to the same system must use a different SCR Channel.

Do not use when connecting several receiving devices to an SCR system any antenna connection (loop through) of a satellite receiver external signal, but use a dedicated external signal divider.

Restore factory settings (reset)

Returns all settings to their initial condition. Accessible from Home menu> Settings> Common> System Reset

WARNING

Restoring the factory settings deletes all customizations made by the user, including stored channels, downloaded applications and settings modified. Also, by confirming the reset, the TV will perform a complete restart of the system, then the first installation wizard will be displayed on the screen.
