Information About the Operating Instructions
Before using the product for the first time, please read through these
operating instructions carefully and keep them for future reference and other
users. They form an integral part of the product. The manufacturer and
importer do not accept any liability if the information in these operating
instructions is not complied with.

SIGNAL WORDS
Signal words indicate hazards if the associated notices are not followed.

INTENDED USE
- The product is suitable for use as a decorative feature indoors and outdoors.
- The product is intended for private, non-commercial use.
Use the product only as described in these instructions. Any other use is regarded as improper use.
SAFETY NOTICES
WARNING – Danger of Injury
- Keep the packaging away from children and animals. There is a danger of suffocation.
- The product is not a toy. Do not leave children and animals unsupervised in order to avoid injuries!
- Batteries can be deadly if swallowed. Batteries and the product should be kept out of the reach of children and animals. There is a danger of burns from battery acid! If a battery is swallowed, seek medical assistance immediately.
- If a battery leaks, do not allow your skin, eyes and mucous membranes to come into contact with the battery acid. There is a danger of burns from battery acid! If you touch battery acid, rinse the affected areas with abundant clear water straight away and seek medical assistance immediately.

Do not cover the product during operation in order to prevent the product from catching fire.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Material and Property -
Only use the battery type specifi ed in the technical data.

Remove batteries from product if they are used or if the product will not be used for a long time. This helps prevent damage from leaks.

Remove leaking batteries immediately. Always replace all batteries. Do not use different battery types, brands or batteries with different capacities.

The individual LEDs cannot be replaced.

Protect the product from heat, naked flames, extreme temperatures, persistent moisture (the product is only splashproof), frost and collisions.

Place the product in a protected place (under a roof or similar) and never submerge the battery compartment in water or any other liquid! It is only splashproof.

In extreme weather conditions (e.g., storm, hail), or if you are not using the product for a longer period of time, switch it off and store in a dry place.

Never use corrosive or abrasive cleaners to clean the product! They may damage the surface.

When the product is not in use, remove the batteries and store everything in a dry place that is protected from sunlight and is not accessible to children and animals.
ITEMS SUPPLIED

Check the product for transport damage. If you fi nd any dam-age, do not use the product but contact our customer service department. Remove any possible fi lms, stickers or transport protection from the product. Never remove the rating plate and any possible warnings!
NOTE: 2 batteries (1.5 V; AA) are also needed. These are not included in the delivery.
INSERT / CHANGE BATTERIES
Before inserting the batteries, check whether the contacts are clean and clean them if needed.
- Loosen the screws on the battery compartment with a screwdriver and remove the cover.
- If necessary, remove the used batteries and replace with 2 new batteries (1.5 V; AA). Make sure the poles are aligned correctly (+/-).
- Replace the cover on the battery compartment and attach with the screws.
If the product ceases to work properly, the batteries should be replaced.
NOTE: Battery power may be adversely affected by extreme sub-zero temperatures.
ASSEMBLY
USAGE
Switch the LEDs on or off by pressing the on/off switch at the battery compartment.
Timer
The LED lights up for 6 hours before automatically switching off. After 18
hours it automatically switches back on (24-hour mode). Once the timer is
activated, the product saves this set-ting. The product can be switched back
on or off at any time with the on/off switch.

DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner so that it can be recycled. Remove batteries before disposing of the product and take them to the appropriate collection site separately from the product. This product is governed by the European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Do not dispose of this product as normal domestic waste, but rather in an environmentally friendly manner via an officially approved waste disposal company.
