INSTRUCTION
Operation
Button Description
- ON/OFF button (1): Press to turn power on or off
- Units C/˚F button (5): Press to select the temperature units
Measuring Temperature
Remove the protective cover from the temperature device. Insert the
temperature probe (1) into the desired object at a depth of at least 10mm
(0.40 in.) The temperature of the object will be displayed on the LCD screen
(2).
Safety
- The corkscrew sensor is very sharp, please use caution.
- Do not allow children to handle or play with device.
- Do not place this device in an oven or microwave.
- Remove the battery if unit is to be stored for long periods.
Battery Replacement
- Remove the 4 rubber grommets from bottom of the unit (3).
- Remove the four screws underneath the rubber grommets.
- Replace the battery and reset the screws and grommets.
All EU users are legally bound by the Battery Ordinance to return all used
batteries to community collection points or wherever batteries/accumulators
are sold! Disposal in household trash or refuse is prohibited!
Disposal: Follow the valid legal stipulations in respect of the disposal
of the device at the end of its lifecycle
