Caution / Information

Make sure no obstacles are in the desk’s path. Make sure the desktop is not touching any walls. Make sure all cords are appropriate length to accommodate the change in height.

  • Keep children away from electric height-adjustable desks, control units and handsets. There is a risk of injury and electric shock
  • Keep all electrical components away from liquids.
  • Do not sit or stand on the desk frame. Do not crawl or lie under the desk frame.
  • Do not place any objects taller than 20· underneath the desk.
  • Do not open any of the components —the Legs, Control Box, or Switch. There is a danger of electric shock.
  • This product is designed with a duty cycle of 10%. (2 min. on, 18 min. off)
  • In the event of a power outage or if the power cord is unplugged, a manual reset may be necessary–see Step 12.

Use/Liability

This height adjustable desk has electric motors and is designed for use in dry work areas only.
The desk height is adjustable so that it can be positioned at the most ergonomically suitable height.
Any other use is at user’s risk.
Under no circumstances does the manufacturer accept warranty claims or liability claims for damage caused from improper use or handling of the desk frame.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Lay out all components and hardware to ensure that you have all the components and hardware listed on the parts page.
    Fully separate the Crossbar Ends (P3). You will find the Crossbar Center Rails (PS) inside.GLOBAL-INDUSTRIAL-493778GY-Light-Duty-Electric-Adjustable-

  2. Prop up the assemblies from Step 1,
    ;:s:::::, M610 Machine Screws(P21) th,o,gh the holes of each Cros,ba, E•d(P3) going into the Leg(Pl} and tighten the screws.
    Attach the Side Brackets(P4) to the
    Leg/Crossbar End assembly with two M6
    10 Machine Screws(P21}.
    Repeat this step with the other assemblies.

  3. Slide the two Crossbar Center Rails(PS) into the two Crossbar Ends (P3).

  4. Place the table under the accessories and place it in correct position.
    Please make sure the position of the desk and tabletop are suitable for each other.
    Please attach the tabletop with the desk frame with six(6) M5″16 Wood Screws(P23) and tighten the screws.

  5. Please insert eight M6*10 Machine Screws (P21} through the holes in each Crossbar Ends(P3} going into the Center Rails(PS) and tighten the screws.

  6. Please attach the Control Box(P&) under the tabletop with two M516 Wood Screws(P23}.
    Please also attach the 5witch(P7) under the tabletop with two M4
    16 Wood Screws(P24).

  7. Then to connect Leg(Pl and P2) and Control Box(PS) with Motor Cord(P8).
    Please connect the wire of the Switch(P7) to the Control Box(P&).
    Please plug the Power Cord(P9) into the Control Box(P&).

  8. Attach the Short Rungs(Pl2) to the Leg with four M610 Furniture Screws(P25).
    Then attach the Long Rung(P13) to the Short Rungs(P12) with four M6
    16 Machine Screws(P21) and four Butterfly Nut M6(P26).

  9. Attach a Foot(PlO) with four M6*16 Machine Screws(P22) into each leg(Pl and P2) and tighten screws.
    Connect four Adjusting Nut(Pll) together with each Foot(PlO}.

  10. Turn the assembled desk right-side-up. It’ s done.

Plug the Power Cord(P9) into a 110V-240Voutlet.

Make sure no obstacles are in the desk’s path. Make sure the desktop is not touching any walls. Make sure all cords are appropriate length to Important You mustiiWiiReset Procedure: Press and hold the DOWN button on the Switch {P7) until the desk reaches its lowest height. Release the DOWN button. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the LED display reads “RST” or about 10 seconds on non-LED handset models. Release the DOWN button. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the desk lowers a little bit more, slightly rises and stops. Release the DOWN button. Your desk is now ready to use.
To program up to four presets (on some models): Use the up/down buttons to find a desired height, then press “M” ( ·s· on some models) followed by a number 1–4.
Caution: Once a preset button is pushed, the desk will move to the programmed height(see caution box above).

Troubleshooting

  • If your desk is not functioning properly it may need to be reset. Unplug the power cord for 20 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and follow the RESET procedure outlined in Step 11.
  • If your desk has a handset with an LED readout and it displays “RST” (reset), perform the reset procedure outlined in Step 11.
  • If the LED readout displays an error message ( “Erl· – “Er13” l confirm that all wired connections are secure(legs to cables, cables to control box). Then perform the reset procedure outlined in Step 11.
  • If the error message persists after the reset procedure, contact your seller.
  • If the height between the legs exceeds 1.5 inches, stop the reset procedure&contact your seller.
  • If the handset displays “HOT” , let the base cool down for 20 minutes.
