SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Age of use : 0-6 months , Max. weight 9kg.

The product must be paced on a horizontal floor.

Do not allow young children to play unsupervised in the vicinity of the crib !

The crib must be locked in the fixed position when a child is left unattended!

All assembly fittings should always be tightened properly and that care should be taken that no screws are loose, because a child could trap parts of the body or clothing ( e.g. strings, necklaces, ribbons for babies dummies, etc) which would pose a risk of strangulation. Perform routine checks to make sure there are no loose, damaged or missing parts.

The maximum thickness of the mattress is 3 cm.

Do not use mattress for the crib different than this, provided with the product and approved by the manufacturer.

The maximum internal size of the cot the mattress is intended for is 8701510 mm. The length and width shall be such that the maximum gap between the mattress and sides and ends does not exceed 30 mm.

WARNING! Be aware of the Ask of burning cigarettes, open fires and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the crib!

It is possible to slightly tilt the base of the crib by adjusting the 2 feet at different heights. Picture 13

The inclination of the crib is allowed with a maximum gap of two positions between one foot and the other.
WARNING! The child’s head should always be positioned on the highest side. -
WARNING – DO NOT use crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact „Didis” for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO NOT substitute parts”. Never use the accessories or parts that are not approved by the manufacturer.

The product is ready for use only when the locking mechanisms are engaged. Make sure they are securely fixed before use.

When your child is unattended in the product in “Crib configuration”, always make sure that the side is raised and the zippers are closed completely.

Do not use the body of the crib without its frame.

Aassemble, unfold and fold the product ONLY by an adult!
-
DO NOT allow children under 3 years of age till fully assemble the product to avoid access to small and disassembled parts!
-
Any plastic cover should be removed, destroyed or kept away from children to avoid suffocation.
-
Do not expose the product to direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time or extreme temperatures! Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the colors of the fabric to fade or change. After a prolonged exposure of the product to high temperatures, wait a few minutes period to putting your child in it.

Do not make adjustments to the product and do not move it when the child is inside !

Do not use the product for more than one child at a time.

Keep the product out of reach of children when it is not in use.

Ensure the feet of the crib are fully lengthened when using as a standalone crib.

DO NOT use bedside sleeper if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact „Didis” for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO NOT substitute parts.

Do not use the crib if the height of your bed is less than 50 cm or more than 64 cm above the floor. Do not use the crib mode when your baby can sit up or climb up. Picture 17

Use of the product is only permitted with beds and/or mattress with straight sides! Use of the product with round beds and/or mattress or water beds or inflatable mattress, etc. IS NOT PERMITTED !

When the product is use in the “Co-Sleeping mode”( fixing to the bed) it should always be fitted to the long side of access to the bed. DO NOT fix the product to the head or bottom of the bed!

IMPORTANT FOR YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY! The “Co-sleeping” function is applicable ONLY with the type of beds that meet all the conditions described above and in this paragraph! In particular the side support of the crib should always be put close to the parent’s mattress and the mattress should always aligned with the height of the side support for restraint of the crib. Picture 18,19 Furthermore, the crib must be firmly fixed to the structure of the parents bed or to the mattress support ( net or slats).

Bedside sleepers shall never be used in an inclined position. In co-sleeping function the 2 legs of the crib must always be set to the same height position !

When using the product at ,,Co-sleeping function”, to prevent a suffocation hazard from entrapment, the bedside sleeper shall be properly secured to the adult bed using the attachment system.

Attachment system is provided with the crib. Do not use other attachment system.
-
There shall never be a gap between the lower side of the bedside sleeper and the mattress of the adult bed.
-
Always check the fixture system before each use!
-
Check the tightness of the attachment system before each use by pulling the bedside sleeper in a direction away from adult bed.
-
If there is any gap between the bedside sleeper and the adult bed DO NOT use product.
-
Gaps should not be filled with pillows, blankets or other items. That may cause the risk of suffocation.
-
Check to make sure that the crib in the co-sleeping mode does not interfere with the parent’s bed.
-
During use, make sure that the parent bed sheets, blankets etc. do not enter and cover the interior of the crib.
-
The product should only be used after it is firmly attached to the adult bed or when the movable side is locked in its uppermost position to avoid the risk of the child falling.
DANGER! – The bedside sleeper, when not attached to the adult’s bed, shall have all its sides in place and/or in their highest position. Always completely raise the drop side when not attached to the adult’s bed. -
WARNING – To avoid hazards from the child’s neck being caught on the top rail on the side that is next to the adult bed, the top rail must not be higher than the adult bed mattress. Pic.18

WARNING — To avoid the risk of your child being strangled the attachment system to the adult’s bed shall always be kept away from and out of the crib.

The mattress of the adult’s bed shall be aligned to or above the height of the drop side in the lowest position.

The mattress on the parent bed should always be higher than the side of the crib. If not, use the adjusting system to make sure the height is correct on both sides.

Before each use, always check that there is no space between the mattress on the parent bed and the wall of the crib. Pull and tighten the attachment system until the permitted state is restored.

Whenever the side wall is lowered, check that the parent mattress position is not changed!
-
When the side wall of the crib is lowered, it should only be used when it is attached to the parent’s bed.
-
Use the crib with the wall lowered only in co-sleeping mode.
-
Keep away from fire.

ASSEMBLY OF THE CRIB
- Remove the crib from the bag (13).
- Assemble the four wheels (11) to the legs (9) and place the lower support tube (10) in the holes between the two legs, making sure that it is firmly attached. (Picture 1). Unfold the main aluminium frame (7) and assemble it to the leg openings. (Pictures 2 and 3).
- Slip the fabric cover (1) over the top of the frame (Picture 4) and then zip it up.
- Insert the front connecting tube (8) through the upper opening of the fabric cover (Picture 5), so that the unlock buttons are facing you. Assemble the front connecting tube to the frame, making sure that it is firmly attached and that a “click” sound is heard. (Picture 6). Fasten the zips on both sides of the barrier.
- Place the solid base (6) in the playpen.
- Insert the two second-level tubes (5) in the openings at second level (4) and then fasten the zip to the inside of the fabric cover. (Picture 7)
- Place the mattress on the second level (Picture 8) and now your crib is fully assembled.
EXPLOITATION
-
Height adjustment. The height can be adjusted in 5 positions. Press and hold both buttons at the top of the frame at the same time (Picture 9) and adjust the height. Release the buttons when the desired position is reached and make sure the crib is securely fixed.

Anti-reflux function (for choking prevention) – the crib can be tilted with a difference of maximum 2 positions in height (Picture 13).
ATTENTION! The child’s head must always be positioned on the higher side!
ATTENTION! The anti-reflux function can only be used when the crib is used as a separate bed. You cannot use this feature when the crib is attached to the adult’s bed! -
Attaching the crib to the adult’s bed — Remove the barrier by unzipping it from both sides and slide the two buttons on the front connecting tube, following the direction of the arrows on them. (Picture 10). After that, roll down the barrier and fasten it to the elastic openings of the fabric cover. (Picture 11/12). Fasten the two safety belts to the fabric cover of the crib and slide them under the mattress of the adult’s bed, by attaching the buckles firmly to the base of the bed. (Picture 14). Pull the belts to adjust the length. The telescopic legs in the base must ensure that the cot is in close contact with the adult’s bed. (Picture 15)
ATTENTION! Due to the risk of suffocation, adjust the height of the crib so that the edge of the adult’s bed is above the edge of the crib at a maximum height of no more than 2 cm. (Picture 18)
ATTENTION! Due to the risk of falling, make sure there is NO gap between the upper side of the item and the mattress of the adult’s bed!!! (Picture 19 ). -
The castors/wheels of the crib are fitted with a locking device, which is activated when pressed down, and released when lifted up. (Picture 16)

Mosquito net mode – attach the mosquito net clamps to the safety connecting tube and the opposite tube, then stretch it. (Pictures 20/21)

If you want to use the crib as a playpen, then unfasten the second level from the fabric cover and drop it down to the lowest level by using the adjustment mechanism. Attach the bottom to the lower support tube (10) so that the lower legs can step on the ground. Then put the mattress.
DISASSEMBLY OF THE CRIB
- Remove the mattress, unfasten the second level and remove the solid base. Unfasten the safety belts from the crib’s fabric cover after that.
- Remove the front connecting tube by pressing the buttons on both sides at the same time (Picture 10).
- Unzip the fabric cover from the crib frame, remove the legs (9) and fold the frame (7).
- Remove the lower support tube (10) 5. Insert the crib in the bag.
PLAYPEN IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE!
WARNING
- WARNING! Do not place the playpen close to an open fire or other heat source!
- WARNING! Do not use the playpen without the base!
- WARNING! Ensure that the playpen is fully erected and all the locking mechanisms engaged before placing your child in this playpen!
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- The maximum age of the child for which the playpen is intended is 36 months. The weight in the playpen must not exceed 15 kg.
- Do not leave anything in the playpen which could provide a foothold or create a danger of suffocation or strangulation!
- All assembly fittings should always be tightened properly! Check them regularly and, if necessary, adjust them.
- Do not use the playpen if any part is broken, torn or missing and use only spare parts approved by the manufacturer!
- Accessories which are not approved by the manufacturer shall not be used!
- Locking mechanisms should be checked before each use to make sure they work correctly.
- DO NOT use more than one mattress in the playpen.
WARNING: Only use the mattress that comes with this playpen, do not put an extra mattress on top, this would cause a risk of suffocation. 8. To prevent the risk of falls do not use the playpen when the baby is able to jump out of the playpen unaided. 9. SIDE WINDOW WITH ZIP: Always keep the window zip fully closed. Only open it when the baby is able to sit unaided and ALWAYS WITH THE PERMANENT SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT

MAINTENANCE AND CARE
ATTENTION! If you use the crib outdoors, please clean all parts throughly
after each use. In some climates the parts may be affected by mould and
mildew. To help prevent this occurring, do not fold or store the product if it
is damp or wet. Always store the product in a well ventilated area. Always
check parts regulary for tightness of screws, nuts and other fasteners,
tighten if required.
Cleaning. To clean use soapy water or soft cleaning detergent. Handwash
the bag with soapy water. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Cleaning the fabrics,
carefully comply with the instructions indicated on the label. For cleaning do
not use solvents, abrasive products or aggressive products.
ATTENTION! Do not put bulk objects in the crib that can help the baby to
jump out from the crib. Do not place the crib near heating devices because it
will damage the plastic and fabrics.
ATTENTION! Use the crib regarding to these instructions!
ATTENTION! For cleaning of the mattress, carefully comply with the
instructions indicated in the label.
ATTENTION! This mattress may not soak up vomit.
ATTENTION! The use of the mattress protector is essential.
