IMPORTANT: Please read these instructions carefully before use and keep this instruction manual for future reference.

Important Safety instructions:

Make sure that the supply voltage is the same as the voltage marked on the rating label.
Never cover the grill rack with aluminium foil, any kind of kitchenware etc.
Always fill the tray with water before you switch on the appliance.
The water level should preferably be kept less than the maximum water level marks (Picture 9 max. Water level).
When the water less than half of Maximum water level,refill the tray with water up to the maximum level. Take care not to pour water on the heating element.
The housing and the heating element get very hot in use. Be careful not to touch them while the appliance is in use or fully cool (danger to burn yourself!)
When using the health griller with stand,take care that the appliance stands stable and safe. When using the appliance as a table grill, be careful not position it right against the wall or into a corner.
It is important that the health griller is always supervised while in is in use.
Do not store the health griller outdoors to avoid damage through bad weather.
Make sure that no inflammable materials are adjacent to the grill.
Set up the health griller in a suitable heat resistant work surface.
To carry the appliance only touch the plastic handles. Always carry the grill and the stand separately.
Always switch off the disconnect the health griller from the mains supply socket;
— When it is not in use.
— In the event that it malfunctions during use.
— Before cleaning.
Charcoal or similar combustible fuels must not be used with the appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged,it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
All repairs of electrical appliances should be performed by skilled personnel.
Should the health griller fails to operate or should it be damaged, please contact the nearest authorized service center as special tools are needed for its repair. Never attempts to repair the barbecue grill yourself.
In care the health griller is operated in any manner other than described in these instructions for use, no liability will be undertaken for possible damage.

Before First Use

Clean the health griller and its accessories. When it is first switched on, the grill may emit a new smell. A small amount smoke may also be noticeable. We therefore recommend you to heat up the barbecue grill for about 5 minutes without any food stuffs.

How To Use Your Griller

Fill the tray with approx. 2L of water,take care of max.mark on water level scale Connect the health griller in the mains supply socket and turn the thermostat knob to the highest setting(“MAX”).the pilot light will come on. Preheat for about 5 minutes before use. When grilling delicate food stuffs or for warm holding you can turn the thermostat back to a lower position and /or adjust the grill rack to the middle or upper position.
The water in the tray will evaporate during use. It is therefore necessary to fill up water from time to time, Be careful not to pour water on the heating element.
When grilling is finished. Turn the thermostat to “0”(OFF position) and disconnect the grill form the mains supply socket.

Cleaning And Care

Before cleaning your health griller. Always make sure that the plug has been removed from the mains supply socket. Allow the grill to cool down thoroughly before cleaning.
Never switch the heating element on when it is not placed onto the appliance.
Never immerse the heating element or plug into the water.
Clean the heating element with a clean and dry cloth only.
Clean the grill rack and the tray with warm soapy water and dry afterwards.
Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or a metal sponge to clean the tray.
NOTE: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical sensor or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating.
The instructions shall state that appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate re-mote-control system.

How to assemble the stand bar for the BBQ
  1. Assemble the stand long bar and short bar together (Pictures 1-2).
  2. Use screws to fix the bar with iron support (Pictures 3-4).
  3. Fix the four stand bar and iron together. (Picture 5).
  4. Fix the 8 anti-skid plug on the top and bottom of the 4 bar (Pictures 6-7).
  5. Plug the bar into the feet of the electric grill (Picture 8).
