The LED light turns red during wireless charging to indicate charging
failure.
The following situation can cause failures, like charging slowly, stopping charging, over-temperature for charging position
- The adapter is not run up to standard (No PC USB output power supply)
- The charging cable is not up to standard.
- The phone case is too thick ( within 2mm thickness phone case recommended ).
- The built-in wireless charging receiver position does not coincide with the wireless charger coil position.
- There is a metal/magnet on the back of the cell phone or phone case.
- The smartphone does not support a wireless charging functions.
Attention
- Please keep the charger away from water or other liquid.
- If you need to clean the charger, please make sure it is not connected to the power supply.
- Using Environment temperature remains -20–45C.
Fingering Installation Steps
- 3 m Double-sided paper torn
- Stick the fingers in the middle of the phone coil and clean the surface of the phone before bonding to make the two more secure.
Step to install an air vent

Follow the arrows to install 3 parts.

Adjust the screw cap to the optimal active state

Press and hold the lock switch open to insert the bracket into the air outlet and loosen the lock switch to lock the air outlet. (* Lock not too strong to avoid damage to support and outlet strips)
Step to Use wireless charger
- Input: The TYPEC connection line is connected to the device, and the finger button cell phone has been installed into the TX slot to charge the state. (* QC3.0 adapter is recommended to avoid incompatibility with the device)
