Safety Information

  • Do not disassemble, repair, or remodel the unit, as this will void the warranty.
  • Do not stand or drop heavy objects on this product and do not insert any object into openings or hose.
  • Tighten the connections.
  • Please use the supplied T-valve, hose and bidet attachment as a set.
  • When you use the bidet, do not flush the toilet at the same time.

  • Turn off the water supply before installing this bidet attachment.
  • Before begining the installation of this product, ensure all parts are present.
  • Compare all the parts with the Package Contents section of this manual. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install, or operate the product.

Installation

Verifying the nozzle assembly

  • Verify that the nozzle (B), O-ring (B2), and clamping ring (B3) are assembled correctly.

Installing the nozzle

  • Insert the nozzle (B) with its “unlock” symbol aligned with the triangle on the water distribution head.
  • Turn the nozzle (B) clockwise to the “locked” position.
    Installation Instruction

Removing the existing toilet sea

  • Remove the existing toilet seat by locating the bolts and nuts, typically under a plastic cover, and removing them first.

Adjusting the installation scope.

  • Place the bidet (A) on the toilet with the mounting brackets over the bolt holes and make any needed adjustments to make sure the bidet (A) is centered on the toilet.

Reinstalling the toilet seat

  • Place the toilet seat back on the toilet over the bidet (A) and secure the bolts so that the seat and bidet attachment (A) are stable.

Turning off the water supply.

  • Turn water supply valve off and flush the toilet completely so that there is little to no water left in the toilet tank.

Connecting to the water supply

  • Disconnect the water hose from underneath the toilet tank.
  • Connect the T-valve (E) to the toilet fill valve where you just removed the water hose from.
  • Attach the water supply hose to the bottom of the T-valve (E).

  • Connect the hose (C) to the open side of the T-valve (E).
  • Connect the other end of the hose (C) to the bidet water connection underneath the handle of the bidet (A).

Finishing installation

  • Slowly turn the water supply valve back on, check for leaks, and test the unit for functionality.
  • After installing your bidet attachment (A), check to see if there is a gap between the toilet base and toilet seat.

Knob Operation

  • Turn the knob counterclockwise towards the “Self-cleaning” position. The further the knob is turned, the higher the water pressure will be.
  • Turn the knob counterclockwise towards the “Wash” position. The further the knob is turned, the higher the water pressure will be.

Adjusting The Nozzle Angle to Chose Wash Mode

  • Push the switch backward to put the nozzle angle in posterior mode.
  • Push the switch forward to put the nozzle angle in feminine mode.

Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
The spray nozzle has no water
  • The water supply is cut off.
  • The angle valve is closed.
  • The spray nozzle is clogged.
  • Low water pressure.
  • Water supply pipe is bended.

Low water pressure|

  • The water flow control knob is adjusted to be low position.
  • Water supply pipe is bended.

Self-cleaning is not clean|

  • Pls check if the water pressure is too low, the water pressure needs to be ≥ 0.2MPA, which can realize self-cleaning without dead ends.
  • Cleaning time should be more than 8 seconds to ensure fully cleaning.
