Booster seat use:

WARNING:
Children have suffered head injuries , including skull fractures, after falling with or from booster seats.

• Use ONLY with children 4 months – 4 Years of age, with a weight of approx. 14 lb (6.35 kg) – 33 lb (14.96 kg).
• Check that booster seat is securely attached to adult chair before each use.
ALWAYS use restraints until child is able to get in and out of booster seat without help. (about 2 1/2 years old). Adjust to fit snugly.
NEVER allow child to push away from table.
NEVER lift and carry child in booster seat.
STAY NEAR and watch your child during use.
ALWAYS secure the product on a chair using the bottom and back attachment straps. See instruction manual page 15 for adult chair size requirement.
NEVER use this product on a stool or bench that does not have a seat back.
NEVER leave child unattended in any mode of use.
• Prevent serious injury or death. DO NOT use in motor vehicles. It is recommended that the booster seat be used in the upright position only by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
DO NOT use this product if it is damaged or broken.

ALWAYS remove activity tabletop, support disk, support bar before using as a booster seat in an adult chair.

Infant Soft Foam Support Seat and Activity Seat use:

• Use ONLY with children 4 months – 4 Years of age, with a weight of approx. 14 lb (6.35 kg) – 33 lb (14.96 kg).

FALL HAZARD:
Infants have suffered skull fractures falling while in and from Soft Foam Support Seats:

• Use ONLY on the floor.
NEVER use on and elevated surface.
ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
NEVER lift or carry child in the product.
• Use ONLY with a child that is able to hold their head up unassisted.
Stop using when child can climb out or walk.
ALWAYS keep child in view while in product.

DROWNING HAZARD:

Infants have drowned when the product has been place in a bath tub or pool.

NEVER use in or near water.
NEVER leave child unattended in any mode of use.

STRANGULATION HAZARD:

Remove the booster seat straps and put them into the strap compartment on the bottom of the Booster Seat before using the product as a Soft Foam Support Seat and Activity Seat.

ALWAYS keep the child away from the product before installing the tray sections.

DO NOT use this product if it is damaged or broken.

*All toys can be used with or without the tabletop and or Soft Foam Support Seat.

(1) Activity Tabletop Setup

Support Tube Assembly

Insert the support tube into the seat (Fig. 1a).

Both pins must click into position (Fig. 1b).

Support Disk Assembly

From the rear align the arrows from the disk to the seat (Fig. 1c).

Rear Tabs

Hook the center tab and press in the 2 additional tabs on each side (Fig. 1d).

Front Tabs

Align the front tabs to the tubing. Press down firmly to latch the front clips onto the tubing (Fig. 1e).

Use the diagram illustrated for the proper assembly and correct sequencing of tray parts (Fig. 2).

Activity Tabletop Joints

NOTE: Start with food tray (1).

Pair both trays (2) (4) and insert them into each side of tray (1).

Inserting the connections on tray 3 into both (2) (4) trays to complete the tabletop (Fig. 3a).

Ensure Connections

Press the tabletop parts together firmy at the joint until they click into place (Fig. 3b).

Ensure Tab Insert

Underneath the tabletop check that the tabs secured correctly (Fig. 3c).

Tray to Disk Assembly

Align the tabs underneath the tabletop to the edge of the support disk (Fig. 3d).

Press firmly to lock tray into position (Fig. 3e). Test the swivel feature (Fig. 3f).

(4) Harness Threading

3-Point Harness and Buckle

If assembly needed, thread the harness with the central buckle through the front slot. Buckle the left and right harness straps. Thread them into their corresponding slot (Fig. 4a).

The adjustment buckles will assist to snug the straps around the child (Fig. 4b).

IMPORTANT! Always use the safety harness when the child is in the seat.

Underneath the seat, double check that all the straps are anchored correctly (Fig. 4c).

(5) Harness Release

Central Buckle and Button

To release the 3-Point harness press each release button on the central buckle (Fig. 5).
NOTE: The two side buckles will auto release.

(6) Accessory

Seat Insert

To attach the seat insert. remove the 3-point harness by reversing Step 4.

Set the seat insert completely into the seat.

Thread the 3-point harness through the seat insert and seat in the same sequence in Step 4.

WARNING:

  • Requires two AAA (LR03) batteries (not included) for toy operation.
  • Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
  • Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Batteries need to be inserted with the correct polarity.
  • Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy.
  • The supply terminals are not be short-circuited.
  • Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged.
  • Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
(7) Toy Electronics

Battery Instructions

The Lion Toy requires 2 AAA batteries. Reference the diagram for battery installation. Unscrew the battery door and pull outward. Install batteries as shown.

Toy Attachments

Place toys in this order as shown. Toys must be properly attached before use, in their designated housing.

Single Tab Toys

Toys must be aligned with their single tab housings on the tabletop Tray 3 (Fig. 7a). Set each toy into the fitting and underneath the tabletop push the lock up and turn it to lock (Fig. 7b).
NOTE: Do not use double tab toys on single tab fitting.

Double Tab Toys

Toys must be aligned with their double tab housings on the tabletop Trays 2 and 4 (Fig. 7c). Set each toys into the fitting and underneath the tabletop push the lock up and turn it to lock (Fig. 7b).
NOTE: Do not use single tab toys on double tab fitting.

Use the diagram below as a reference of the single and double tabs, toy fittings and locking tabs. Always put the small tab lock back into the tabletop when not in use.

(8) Booster Setup

Adult Chair Size Diagram:

Always follow the safe measurements below when using the booster seat on a chair.

Minimum adult chair size for Booster Seat : width: 14.5 inch, depth: 15.5 inch, backrest height: 6 inch.

NEVER lift this product with your child in it.

Activity Tabletop Removal

(If attached) Remove the entire tabletop by releasing the support disk. Press the release buttons and disconnect the tabs (Fig. 8a).

Support Tube Removal

Use the pins underneath the booster to remove the support tube (Fig. 8b).

Chair Straps Compartment

Open the compartment to use the chair straps (Fig. 9c). Thread the chair strap through the sides and the other chair strap through the back of the booster seat. Ensure they all anchor correctly (Fig. 9d).

NOTE: Ensure to anchor underneath.

Strap to Chair

NOTE: Chair cannot have armrests, concave seat and must have a backrest. Make sure there are not extra padding or cushions on the chair.

Wrap the back side around the backrest making sure you hear the buckle “click” closed (Fig. 9e).

Wrap the sides around to the bottom of the chair making sure you hear the buckle “click” closed (Fig. 9f).

  1. Tighten

To Remove Booster Seat from Chair

Unbuckle all straps (Fig. 9g). Reverse Step (Fig. 9d). Turn Booster Seat over and store chair straps away in the compartment (Fig. 9h).
NOTE: Always Close the compartment.

(10) Maintenance and Cleaning

Check this product regularly before using it, and do not use it if any part is loose or missing or if there are any signs of damage. Do not substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer if replacement parts or additional instructions are needed.

Clean this product after each use, using mild household dish soap. Please use only a soft bristle brush, sponge or cloth to clean the surface or remove particles of food.

DO NOT submerge the product in water. Surface clean only.
