Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard,
this product will, if used according to these instructions, and properly
maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. NOTE THE SAFE
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, WARNINGS & CAUTIONS. USE THE PRODUCT CORRECTLY AND
WITH CARE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE
DAMAGE AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY AND WILL INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY. KEEP THESE
INSTRUCTIONS SAFE FOR FUTURE USE.
SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this equipment.
- Familiarise yourself with this product’s application and limitations, as well as the specific warnings below relating to their use.
- Ensure the Wheel Dollies are in sound condition and good working order. Take action for immediate repair or replacement of damaged parts.
- Use genuine parts only. The use of improper parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
- Wheel Dollies should only be used in suitable, well lit areas.
- Wheel Dollies must be used in pairs at either the front or rear of the vehicle. They must never be used diagonally.
- Keep general area clean and tidy and free from obstructions.
- Use Wheel Dollies on level and solid ground, preferably concrete.
- Maintain the Wheel Dollies in good condition.
- Ensure there are no passengers in the vehicle.
- Ensure the Wheel Dollies are free to move and that there are no obstructions in the area of use.
- When not in use store Wheel Dollies in a safe, dry, childproof area.
- DO NOT start or drive the vehicle whilst it is raised on wheel dollies.
- DO NOT use the Wheel Dollies for purposes other than that for which they are intended.
- DO NOT allow untrained persons to use the Wheel Dollies.
- DO NOT leave the vehicle unattended whilst it is raised on the Wheel Dollies.
- DO NOT operate the Wheel Dollies when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.
- DO NOT get the Wheel Dollies wet or use in damp or wet locations or areas where there is condensation.
- DO NOT exceed the rated capacity of the Wheel Dollies. Remember that the front of a vehicle is usually heavier than the rear.
- DO NOT use the Wheel Dollies to support a vehicle in order to do work underneath it.
- Maintain correct balance and footing when moving vehicle. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
- Ensure all non-essential persons keep a safe distance whilst the Wheel Dollies are in use.
- We recommend that at least 2 persons are involved in manoeuvring the vehicle when supported on wheel dollies. The vehicle’s weight
provides a large amount of inertia which has to be overcome to get the vehicle moving and more importantly, stopped.

that may occur. It must be understood that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be applied by the operator.
INTRODUCTION
Pressed steel wheel dolly with four Ø90mm metal castors. Can handle up to 355mm profiles. Suitable for use in bodyshops and workshops.

ASSEMBLY
- Attach castors to the corners of each dolly with the nuts/bolts provided, ensuring bolts are secure.
- Always lower load centrally on to the dolly.
MAINTENANCE

Before each use check for any visible damage. If any suspect item is found remove dolly from service and take necessary action to remedy the problem.
DO NOT use the dolly if believed to have been subjected to abnormal load or shock load. -
Keep the dolly clean and periodically lubricate the wheels and castor bearings.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
