Product introduction

The product is a 3-in-1 foldable wireless charging stand. It is capable of charging mobile phones, watches and earbuds at the same time. It helps you stay neat and tidy without the clutter of a power cord. It provides wireless charging for Qi compatible phones, in both vertical and horizontal mode, with a maximum charging power up to l5W. The maximum charging power for IP watch and earbuds is 2.5W and SW respectively. The product comes with a colorful LED ring, the soft light helps you sleep peacefully. With its smart chip and proper current distribution, the product does no harm to your devices. Its temperature protection function, PC+ABS flame retardant material, and secure metal shaft, all making it super safe to use.

Operation instructions

1. After connecting with power, the LED ring will enter breathing mode/the blue indicator will keep on.

2. Charging your phone on the product, the LED ring keeps on /The Blue indicator turns green.

3. Charging your earbuds on the product, the LED ring keeps on /The Blue indicator turns green.

Operation instructions:

1. The phone charging area is built-in with dual coils. You can charge your phone in both horizontal and vertical position.
2. Please use an adapter of 18W or above to realize the fast charging function.

Q&A

Q: Why can’t the product be powered on?

A: (1) Check whether the indicator is on.
(2) Use adapters that support QC or PD and have a power of 18W or above.
(3) Check whether the charger and charging cable are in normal working condition.

Q: Why did the product fail to charge?

A: (1) Check whether the phone is correctly placed at the charging area.
(2) Properly adjust the angle of the product.

Q: Why does the product charge slowly?

A: (1) Check whether the phone is placed to the middle. Properly adjust the angle of the product.
(2) If a phone case is used, check whether it is too thick that affects the charging efficiency.
(3) Ambient temperature has a direct impact on charging efficiency. High temperature leads to low charging efficiency, so make sure that the ambient temperature is below 113°F.

Q: During the charging process of IP earbuds, why the earbuds charging indicator changes from green to ice blue over and over again?

A: (1) Since the earbuds will generate heat during charging, when the temperature reaches the charging protection temperature, the earbuds will automatically exit charging.
At this time the product’s transmitting end will detect no load and exit on- load mode. When the earbuds’ temperature drops, it will automatically resume charging, which is a normal phenomenon.
(2) Make sure the earbuds are placed in the center of the charging coil.
(3) This phenomenon is sporadic and irregular. It is determined by the charging temperature of the earbuds. It may not occur when the ambient temperature is low.

Q: Why the earbuds charging area feel warm?

A: The main board of the product locates here, therefore it feels warm, but it won’t affect the normal use of the product.

Q: Why does the LED ring flash when the product works?

A: (1) The product entered FOD mode. Check whether there is any metal object at the wireless charging area that triggered FOD.
(2) Check whether the phone is placed in the middle without deviation.
(3) Readjust the position of the product.

Q: When the iP phone is placed vertically, will the charging efficiency be affected by the interference caused by the phone camera?

A: No, it won’t. This distance is within the normal induction range of the charging stand.

Q: How to adjust the product to have the phone charged in vertical position?

A: When charging the phone vertically, the angle of the charging stand shall be adjusted to 40-80 degrees, otherwise wireless charging may be affected.

Precautions

1. The operating temperature of the product should be between 14 °F -113 °F (-10 °C – 45 °C ). High temperatures will reduce its wireless charging efficiency. In cold areas, make sure the ambient temperature is higher than 14 °F , otherwise the product may not work normally.
2. No metal or magnetic object is allowed between the phone back and the contact area of the product, otherwise both may burn out.
3. Considering this is an electromagnetic product, do not keep any magnetic card or chip certificate close to it, otherwise your card and certificate may defunct. Meanwhile, please keep it away from all magnetic equipment and precision instruments
4. If your phone cannot be charged normally, move it a little bit to find the best charging position.
5. When charging your phone, the product may feel warm, which is a normal phenomenon.
6. The product is not waterproof, keep it away from all liquids.
7. The product is not a toy, keep it out of the reach of children under 14 years old.
8. If the product is not used for long periods of time, power it off and keep it properly.
9. Keep the product clean maximize its service life.
