Kit contents
Setting up the included tablet
- Turn the tablet on by pressing and holding the side button on the right until the tablet turns on (approximately 5 seconds).
- After the Mobilize Rescue application launches, press “ACTIVATE APP”
- Press the “SETTINGS button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Press “Change WiFi” and toggle from Off to On.
- Connect to your local WiFi network by selecting the network name and entering the password.
- Press the back button twice, then press the “ACTIVATE APP” button to reach the Login/Register Page.
- Press Register to create an account; or enter your existing account information, press “LOGIN” and skip to step 9.
- Enter your new account information: First name, Last name, email, and password. The password must be at least 8 characters. Check the box “1 have read and agreed with the Terms and conditions.” Press “SUBMIT
- On the next page under “Activate app with, choose either:
- License Code: provided by your local authorized ZOLL representative
- Serial Number: Located near the hinge on the Comprehensive carrying case, and on the back of the tablet for Mobile units.
- Press Submit and you will see “Take a Deep Breath, Mobilize Will Help You.” You are now ready to use Mobilize.
- Use the charging equipment to charge the tablet’s battery to 100%. To ensure that the kit is ready if needed at a moment’s notice, charge the battery once per month.
- The Comprehensive kit can be charged with the case closed. The tablet goes sleep when lid is shut and wakes up when it is opened.
- To put the Mobile kit to sleep, press the side button on the tablet. Double tap the screen to wake it up.

- Mobile phone or tablet for app installation
- Access to WiFi or cellular connection
Kit contents
Setting up the mobile application
- Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for the Mobilize Rescue application.
- Download the Mobilize Rescue application to your devic
- When the download is complete, open the application. (Apple users: if prompted to allow notifications, press “Allow.”)
- After Mobilize launches, press the “ACTIVATE APP” O)button.
- Press “REGISTER” to create an account; or enter your existing account information, press “LOGIN” and skip to step 7.
- Enter your new account information: First name, Last name, email, and password. The password must be at least 8 characters. Check the box “I have read and agreed with the Terms and conditions.” Press “SUBMIT”
- On the next page under “Activate app with,” choose either:
- License Code: provided by your local authorized ZOLL representative
- Serial Number: For the Public Access kit, the serial number is located on the front of the carrying case. For the Compact kit, use the number in the box here:
- Press Submit and you will see “Take a Deep Breath, Mobilize Will Help You.” You are now ready to use Mobilize.
