Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the HDMI to USB Type C Converter with USB Power. This
product has been designed to provide trouble free, reliable operation. It
benefits from both a Lindy 2 year warranty and free lifetime technical
support. To ensure correct use, please read this manual carefully and retain
it for future reference.
The Lindy HDMI to USB Type C Converter allows the connection of HDMI source
devices, such as a PC, Blu-ray player or media player to USB Type C equipped
monitors, digital signage panels and LFDs (Large Format Displays). For added
convenience the converter features a USB power cable, allowing the converter
to be externally powered when used with low power HDMI sources.

Installation
Connect the HDMI plug of the Lindy HDMI to USB Type C Converter with the HDMI
port of the source device. Then connect the USB Type C socket with the USB
Type C input of the monitor using the USB Type C cable, which is usually
supplied with the display.
The integrated USB power cable allows the converter to be externally powered
when used with lower power source devices. Please connect the USB plug to the
USB port of the source device or with a USB power supply.
