efficient and safe use of the product.
This user manual is addressed to the end user. Read this information carefully
before installing or using the product.

Intended use
The Nedis KAMG120FBK is an electric multi grill with removable plates.
The product is intended to grill sandwiches, waffles, or other foods.
The product is intended for indoor use only.
The product is not intended for professional use.
The product is intended for use in household environments for typical
housekeeping functions that may also be used by non-expert users for typical
housekeeping functions, such as: shops, offices other similar working
environments, farm houses, by clients in hotels, motels and other residential
type environments and/or in bed and breakfast type environments.
This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
done by children without supervision.
Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and
proper functioning.

for future reference.
Only use the product as described in this document.
Place the product on a stable and flat surface.
Make sure that the product can dissipate its heat.
Always close the product before connecting it to the power outlet.
Do not leave the product unattended when switched on.
Do not use the product if a part is damaged or defective. Replace a damaged or
defective product immediately.
Keep the product and power cable out of reach of children under 8 years of
age.
Do not let persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge of how to operate, use the product.
The heat of the product may cause damage to the surface the product is placed
on.
Always place the product on a flat, stable and heat resistant surface to
prevent damage to the surroundings of the product.
Disconnect the product from the power source before service and when replacing
parts.
Make sure that the voltage of your power outlet matches the voltage required
by the product.
Do not let the power cable hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch
hot surfaces.
Do not drop the product and avoid bumping.
Do not place the product near gas, an electric burner or a heated oven.
The surfaces of the product get hot during use.
This product may only be serviced by a qualified technician for maintenance to
reduce the risk of electric shock.
This product is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a
separate remote control system.
The use of accessories not recommended by the product manufacturer may result
in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
Do not expose the product to water or moisture.
Never immerse the product in water or place it in a dishwasher.
Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface.
Make sure the product is cool and dry before storage.
Disconnect the product from the power source and other equipment if problems
occur.
Keep the product at a distance from flammable objects such as furniture,
curtains and similar.
Do not use a metal tool to remove the food to avoid damaging the coating.
Do not touch the hot parts of the product directly.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
product.
Clean the product after every use.

Description
Electronic equipment needs to bear the CE mark in order to be marketed in the
EU.
CE marking shows that a product is assessed before being placed on the market
and that it meets EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements.
CE marking is also sometimes accepted as a means of compliance with type-
approval requirements; for example, electronic components that require type-
approval and also CE marking for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) or low-
voltage equipment.
Indication to explain that the product needs to be collected separately when
disposed. Do not throw in the trash bin.
Installation
Check the contents of the package
Check that all parts are present and that no damage is visible on the parts.
If parts are missing or damaged, contact the Nedis B.V. service desk via the
website: www.nedis.com.
Use
Before first use
- Remove all packaging before use.
- Clean the casing with a damp cloth.
- Clean the plates A467 with a sponge or cloth and warm water.
- Dry A467 with a cloth or paper towel.
Do not immerse the product in water for cleaning.
Place the plates
Unplug the product from the power outlet and allow it to cool down.

Place one of the plates A46 or 7 onto the bottom base of the product.
Align the notches under the metal brackets. -
Push the plate A46 or 7 down until it clicks into the bottom plate clamp A5.

Repeat steps 1-2 for the top base of the product.

Unplug the product from the power outlet and allow it to cool down.

Unlock A1 and lift the top with A2.

Slide back A5.
A46 or 7 pops up slightly from the bottom base. -
Take A46 or 7 with two hands, slide it out from under the metal brackets and lift it out of the bottom base of the product.

Repeat steps 2-3 for the top base of the product.
Using the product
When the product heats up for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odour. This is normal and does not affect the safety of the product.

Plug the power cable A9 into a power outlet.
The Power indicator LED A8 lights up to indicate the power is on.
The status indicator LED Aq lights up to indicate the product is preheating.
Aq switches off when the product is ready for use. -
Unlock A1 and lift the top with A2.

Slightly grease A46 or 7 with edible oil.

Place food or batter on A46 or 7 and close the product.

Lock A1.
Aq lights up. -
Open the product after 3-6 min to check if the food is ready.
Be careful, hot steam may escape. -
Remove the food with a wooden or plastic spatula.
Do not use a metal tool to remove the food to avoid damaging the coating. -
Apply new grease and food or batter or unplug A9 to switch off the product.
Storage
Unplug the product from the power outlet and allow it to cool down.
Make sure the product is cool and dry before storage.
- Wrap the power cord around the bottom of the base for storing.
Maintenance
Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives
that can damage the surface.
Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or
acetone when cleaning the product.
Cleaning the product
Unplug the product from the power outlet and allow it to cool down.
Never immerse the product in water or place it in a dishwasher.
Only the plates can be cleaned in water or dishwasher when removed from the
product.
The product is easier to clean when it is slightly warm.

Remove food residue with a paper towel.

Clean the plates A46 or 7 with a soft damp cloth.

Clean the outside of the product using a soft, damp cloth.
Avoid abrasives that can damage the surface. -
Dry with a soft cloth.

Any changes and/or modifications to the product will void the warranty. We
accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product.
