PRODUCT MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

NOTE : PLEASE UNPLUG THE POWER CORD BEFORE DOING PRODUCT MAINTENANCE!

Before disassembling the lamp or starting maintenance work, make sure that the lamp power is disconnected, keep
the lamp clean, clean is very important, often keep clean, not only to maintain the maximum brightness output of the light, but also to extend its service life, it is recommended to use high-quality professional glass cleaner and clean with a softer rag, in no case is allowed to use alcohol or chemical solvents, the inside of the lamp and the fan use a vacuum cleaner to clean at least quarterly.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. After opening the package, take out all the accessories from the box, take out the lamps from the box, and place them on a water platform surface to facilitate related operations, first check whether the objects are complete? Secondly, please carefully check whether the whole lamp has damage? If there is any damage, please contact us in time.
2. AC power supply: check whether the local power supply meets the rated voltage requirements of the product.
3. This product is only suitable for indoor working environment. Lamps should be kept dry and protected from moisture, excessive heat or dusty environments. Prevent or reduce the risk of electric shock or fire, and prevent the lamp from coming into contact with other liquids such as water.
4. When the lamp is installed and positioned, please do not install the lamp directly on the surface of ordinary combustible substances.
5. Qualified professionals can carry out the installation, operation and maintenance of lamps;
6. When the lamp fails, stop using the lamp immediately. Do not try to repair it yourself, contact the nearest authorized technical assistance center, and if the spare part is damaged, always replace it with the same type of part.
7. Do not touch any wires during operation that may be dangerous for electric shock.
8. Ensure that the ambient temperature of the normal and stable operation of the lamp does not exceed 40 °C, and the minimum does not exceed -20 °C.
9. Under stable heat dissipation conditions, the maximum temperature of the lamp shell can reach 80°C, please do not touch it with your hands.
10. The lamp is designed according to the type of electric shock protection. The luminaire should be connected to a fully grounded power supply system and the ground wire of the luminaire must be in contact with the ground wire of the power supply system. The ground wire mark port of the metal shell of the luminaire should be securely connected to the lamp holder.
11. Do not use the power cord with damaged insulation layer, and do not lap the power cord on other wires. When the lamp is not in use or for cleaning, please hold the power cord plug to unplug the power cord, do not pull or directly drag the power cord.
12. There are no user-serviceable parts inside the lamp. Before starting to operate the lamp, please check whether all the shells have been installed and whether the screws have been tightened reliably. Do not use the luminaire with the case open.

NOTE : BEFORE ANY INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF LAMPS, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE POWER CORD HAS BEEN CUT OFF !

THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE DISPLAY SCREEN:

DMX CONTROLLER

If you want to use the DMX controller to control the luminaire, you must first set the DMX address code, which is in the range of 1-512, so that the luminaire can receive DMX signals.
Press the MENU button, select“ ”menu options. Press the ENTER button to enter. Use ▲/▼ to select the DMX512 address code, our factory default setting is“ ” . After the address code is set, press and hold the ENTER button.

Connect from the output port of the DMX512 console to the DMX input port of the first slave, connect the signal cable from the DMX output port of the first slave to the DMX input port of the second slave, and so on, until all slaves are connected.

DMX-512 CONNECTION NEEDS A TERMINATOR (LOOP CONNECTION)

During the installation process, if the laying distance of the signal line is relatively long, or in an environment with noisy electrical appliances, such as a dance hall, it is recommended to use a DMX terminator (loop connection). This avoids muddy digital control signals caused by electrical noise. The DMX terminator is composed of a simple XLR connector with 2 cores and 3 cores connected to a 120Ω resistor, please insert the  terminator into the XLR output port of the last product, please refer to the figure below.

PRODUCT HANGING AND INSTALLATION

1. For the sake of safety, please hang and install this product away from the aisle, seating area, or accessible area;
2. Before hanging the product, please ensure that the installation point can withstand 10 times the weight of the product;
3. The installation of this product must have a double protection device, such as a safety rope;
4. When hanging, dismantling or repairing this product, it is forbidden to stand under the installation point;
5. Please ensure that this product should be installed at least 0.5 meters away from flammable materials;
6. Please remember to use the safety rope as a safety guarantee to prevent accidents caused by loose handles or light hooks,accident;
7. Before the product is powered on, please ensure that all required hanging and installation steps are completed.
8. Installation instructions Fix the lamp hook to the handle, the lamp hook can be purchased from our company, pay attention to the lock to be firm, in addition, do a double protection device, one end of the safety rope is fixed to the “mounting frame”, the other end is buckled into the “lifting” of the lamp, the safety rope can also be purchased from our company;
