The basket, the basket base and the inside of the appliance have a non-stick coating.
Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as this may damage the non-stick coating.

Use

Place the air fryer on a flat and even surface.
DO NOT PLACE THE FRYER ON A SURFACE THAT IS NOT HEAT RESISTANT.
DO NOT FILL THE BASKET BASE WITH OIL OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
Place the food in the basket base, and place the basket base in the appliance. The fryer LED lights up.
Set the frying time and temperature by choosing one of the seven preset programs or by programming manually.
NOTE: When setting the time manually, always add an extra minute or two to the frying time to allow the fryer to heat up.
After setting the frying time and temperature, press the ON/OFF key to start the frying cycle.
NOTE: to interrupt the fry cycle or reset the fryer settings, press the ON/OFF key again.
A red LED indicates the fryer is starting the fry cycle. If it is not flashing, the fryer will enter standby mode.
There are some foods that you may need to shake in the middle of the frying cycle (see “Tips”). To do this, pull the basket base out of the fryer by the handle, the fryer switches off automatically. Shake the basket base or turn the food. Then put the basket base back in the fryer and it will restart the frying cycle. The timer will reset to the original setting, so make a note of the time remaining before pulling the basket base out of the fryer.
When the frying time is reached, a warning will sound 5 times. After the warning sounds, ventilation stops after about 40 seconds.
Remove the basket base and place it on a suitable support.
NOTE: Food oil will collect on the bottom of the basket base, so be careful when pulling the basket base out of the fryer.
Check if the food is ready, if not, simply slide the basket base back into the fryer, set the frying time and temperature, and press the ON/OFF key to turn the fryer on.
Remove the food carefully as the basket base can be very hot.
WARNING: Do not turn the basket base, the oil collected at the bottom of the basket base will drip onto the food.
Empty the contents into a bowl or plate.
SUGGESTION: You can use tongs to transfer large or fragile foods from the pan.
If you want to cook something more, you can use the air fryer right away.

TIPS

NOTE: Please keep in mind that because ingredients differ in size, shape, brand, and origin, results may differ. Rapid Air Fryer Technology reheats the air inside the fryer instantly, so pulling the pan out of the fryer for a brief period of time will not interrupt the cooking process.
Small ingredients generally have a shorter frying time than larger ingredients.
Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the frying time provides a better end result.
Adding a very small amount of oil to fresh potatoes before frying will give a crispy result.
Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the air fryer.
The recommended amount of cut potatoes to prepare crispy fries is 500 grams.
The pre-made dough requires a shorter frying time than homemade dough.
When making a cake, quiche, or stuffed ingredients, use only the basket base, do not use the basket.

How to cook homemade potatoes fries
If you want to make home-made fries, follow the steps below:
Wash the potatoes in water, then peel and cut the potatoes.
Wash the potato chips thoroughly and dry them with a paper towel.
Pour 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl, put the sticks on top and mix until the fries are coated with oil.
Remove the fries from the bowl with your fingers or a kitchen utensil, so that the excess oil stays behind in the bowl, and place the fries in the basket.
Program the fryer in the “French Fries” preset mode or program manually.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Cause solution
Fryer does not work. The appliance is not plugged into the mains. Connect

the plug to a grounded outlet.
Ingredients fried with the Fryer are not fried well.| The amount of ingredients in the basket base is too large.| Place smaller amounts of ingredients in the bas-ket base. Smaller amounts are fried more even-ly.
The selected temperature is too low.| Adjust to the required temperature setting (see “Usage” section).
The preparation time is too short.| Increase the preparation time (see the “Use” section).
The ingredients are fried irregularly in the Fryer.| Certain types of in- ingredients should be shaken halfway through the preparation time.| Ingredients that overlap (for example french
fries) need to be shaken halfway through the preparation time. (see “Usage” section).
Fried snacks are not crispy when they come out of the Fryer.| You prepared a type of snack that is intended for preparation in traditional deep fryers.| Use oven-baked
products or brush them with a little oil for a crispier result.
It is not possible to correctly insert the basket base into the appliance.| The basket base has too many ingredients.| Do not exceed the MAXindication of the basket base.
White smoke comes out of the appliance.| You are preparing greasy ingredients.| When frying fatty ingredients in the Fryer, a large amount of oil will accumulate in the container. The oil produces white smoke and the container heats up more than usual. This does not affect the device or the final result.
| The basket base still contains grease residues from previous use.| White smoke is caused by heating the fat in the basket base. Be sure to clean the bowl properly after each use.
Fresh potatoes are fried irregularly in the Fryer.| You did not properly soak the potato chips before frying them.| Soak the potato chips in a bowl for at least 30 minutes, remove them
and dry them with kitchen paper.
The fries are not crispy when they come out of the Fryer.| You didn’t use the correct type of potato.| Use fresh potatoes and make sure they stay firm m
during frying.
Whether the fries are crispy depends on the amount of oil and water in the fries.| Be sure to dry the potato chips properly before adding the oil.
Cut the fries smaller for a crispier result.
Add a little more oil for a crispier result.
