With the exception of the motorized base, all other accessories may be washed with lukewarm water and normal dish detergent, or they may be washed in the dishwasher so long as the temperature does not exceed 65°C (150°F). To clean the blade (handle with care), place it under a strong flow of hot, running water. We recommend using a brush to avoid direct contact with the blade. If any parts should become stained after contact with certain foods (such as oranges and carrots, for example), the stains can be removed using a cloth soaked in cooking oil.  All parts that come into contact with foods should be washed immediately after use.

Never run the appliance empty. The finish and the power cable should not have any scratches or separations. Do not use the appliance unless all parts are correctly installed. If the such a situation should occur, immediately unplug the appliance from the electrical socket and go to an authorized technical assistance service to perform the necessary verification. Never submerge the motorized base in water or any other liquid.
