Kit Contents
Please review this document before attempting installation.
You will need basic hand tools and about 2 hours of installation time.
Please review the table below and make sure you have received the kit
contents.

Stock Components Removal
If you own a 2012-2014 Focus SE/ST or a 2017+ Focus RS you will need to remove
the bumper.
For best instruction, use YouTube videos to guide you on bumper removal.
2015+ Focus owners do not need to remove the bumper, you can remove the grill
only and slide the BIG MOUTH through the front of the car. Although bumper
removal is recommended for the extra room to work.
Stock Shroud Modification
You may choose to discard the rubber shroud. If you choose to keep it, you
need to cut a 2”x7” opening as shown.
BIG MOUTH Installation Procedure
Bolts must come in from REAR of the BIG MOUTH on the engine side of the cowl.
Seat the snorkel over the cowl.
DO NOT OVERTORQUE the nuts, tighten until the nut is flush with the flange,
then tighten another 1/8 turn.
BIG MOUTH Installation Procedure
Locknuts go on front side of cowl; you will need to remove plastic tubing behind the cowl to access bolt holes.
Finalize
Put all intake parts back in reverse order, re-install bumper and enjoy!
