Precaution
WARNING
- Installation, service, and maintenance of luminaries should be performed by a qualified licensed electrician.
- Check the lamp for damage before installation. If the lamp is damaged, do not install it.
- If the glass lamp tube is broken, dispose of the lamp immediately.
CAUTION
- This LED T5 lamp if for use only with products described and installed in accordance with product specifications. This LED T5 lamp must be operated with a fluorescent electronic ballast.
- Only use in place of fluorescent lamps specified on label.
- Do not install this lamp in a pre-heat luminaire.
- Not suitable for enclosed fixtures.
- Not for emergency lighting.
- This lamp only operates on electronic ballasts. If the lamp does not light when the luminaire is powered on, remove the lamp from the luminaire and contact the manufacturer or a qualified electrician.
- If the lamp or luminaire exhibits undesirable operation (buzzing, flickering, ect…), immediately turn off the power, remove the lamp from the luminaire, and contact the manufacturer.
- Do not place any objects on the lamp.
- Keep the lamp away from open flames and high temperatures.
If the glass tube is broken, dispose of the lamp immediately.
NOTICE
- Suitable for damp locations.
- Clean the luminaire with a dry cloth.
- Do not clean the lamp with corrosive chemicals.
Installation Instructions
- Make sure the power of OFF.
- Remove the lens or diffuses from the fixture (if appliable).
- Remove the existing fluorescent lamps from the luminaire.
- Place the LED lamp in the luminaire and insert lamp pins into the luminaire lamp holders.
- Rotate the LED lamp until it locks into place. Ensure that the front of the LED lamp points away from the back of the luminaire.
NOTE: Install one LED T5 replacement lamps for each fluorescent lamp removed.
- Replace the lens or diffuser (if applicable).
- Turn the power ON.

- Do not install damaged products. Inspect the luminaire for damage that may have occurred during transit. If damaged, contact the manufacturer immediately.
